Received a call on my cell phone from this number a few minutes ago.  My cell number is also listed on the National Do Not Call Registry.    When I answered, there was nobody there, then the call was dropped.

Wife got a call about a survey.  When she told him she did not fill one out he hung up.

I received a call from this number today, April 3, 2013.  A young man said I filled out and online survey saying that I would be interested in a job-finding service with his company, WN Positions.  After a few questions and telling him I would research WN Positions that he could call me back.  He quickly ended the call.  No doubt a scam.

I just had one of those son of a "female dog" calls from this number.  I added it to cell ph contacts list with a title of SPAM.  If I get another one I think my answer when called will be "District 21, FBI Directors Office for Special Investigations" and then see what happens.  Oh yes, the FBI in this case would be the "Frying Butts of Idiots"

Called on my cell. Unknown call, didn't answer.

I got the same call as 'Nothing Better To Do' did, same name, same, exact things were said, I just said I was 12, really 16, and then he hung up

Just got the call on my cell which is listed on the do not call list.  Young gentelman told me he was from WN Physicians and I had done an online survey regarding career opportunities and he was responding to that.  I never give my cell number out, especially online.  He was pretty good trying to convince me I had done a survey.  I told him to take my number off his list and he apologized and said he would.  I have received calls before from this number on my landline answering machine but this was the first on the cell.

Street kids mostly, i know this because he victimized several people i know...

Called my personal cell while away. Did not leave a message. I googled to see where an area code of 813 is used. There is no one in Florida I know whose number I would not recognize. Reading the comments on this site...ridiculous waste of my time.

Recieved a call from this number a few minutes ago, it's a complete scam. Somehow some company must have sold off our phone numbers or something, I have not done any surveys or anything.

As a doctor I have to answer my phone when it rings. This "Joe" guy has been calling me for days trying to get information. DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR INFO. I never filled out an "online survey" and I have a great job, and have no need for recuiting service. Since they're calling from a local Tampa number, I assumed it was one of my patients.

Called my cell phone got no answer. next my husband cell rang call from same number. our phone numbers are 1 digit different. With my number coming first. Look up number and saw all the info that its scam calling.

A man's voice comes on and talks about filling out a survey for a Walmart Gift Card. He says he is from some career company called W N Positions. The call attempts to fish information from you, and if you ask what survey was the guy responds by circumventing the question. Do not give any personal information to this number. It could be a real company, but I seriously doubt it is.

If that's the case then he really hated me. I said ''Who are you and what do you want!?" In a very rude and threating voice. 7 seconds later the person hangs up.

Same thing happened to me. It sounded more like flute playin a high not with an automated voice saying something. IDK waht but it sounded like Goodbye.

I seriously doubt the hospital or affiliates sold your information, that would be highly illegal and would mean they were breaking Federal HIPPA laws.  It is just a coincidence that you got this call after taking the survey.  These calls are made using robo-dialers.  A computer just dials one number after another until they get a live voice.

LIARS!  i did not answer their survey b/c it doesn't exist. i am on the DO NOT CALL list for a reason and i told him that!

Got a call from this number on my personal cellphone. It's local, so I decided to see who it was.

It said in an automated female voice "You have [something, two words]" and immediately hung up. No idea. It sounded like "You have incoming content" or something similar.
