Debt collectors. They spoof a local number.

COLLECTION AGENCY THAT FILE LAWSUITS ON BEHALF OF DOCTORS

Identified himself as Aaron Thayer. He wanted me to call him, but did not say what type of business he represented.

They call all hours of the dy and nite. I got a call this morning at 8.30 am. They are harrasing.

Received a call today for my mother inlaw who does not reside at our address. The caller i.d. showed John Putman Int. with 813-367-0029 as the number, I asked the nature of the call and the male caller said his name was Jackson and said he was trying to contact my mother inlaw for a personal medical billing issue. I told him she does not & never resided at this address. He then told me my number was on her contact list and he couldn't reach her by phone. I told him to never call this number again regarding her business!

Caller ID SHOWED UP AS A PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS NAME, INT JOHN P, WHICH IS DESCEPTIVE COLLECTION PRACTICES BASED ON FEDERAL LAW GOVERNING THE FAIR DEBT AND COLLECTION ACT.

THE CALLER STATED HE WAS WITH A TOTALLY DIFFERENT COMPANY from what showed up on caller ID and the name of the individual that showed up on caller ID. The name the caller stated he was calling from was PHG Financial yet it was a Int John P that showed on caller ID.

number showed up on my caller id and the message left was a male voice said "Hello"???  Name on id  is John Putman Int...no answer when I called???

These unscrupulous people call and when I ANSWER, they throw a recording on with MY NAME inserted into it, so you cannot reply, then a scary voice say to call her back TODAY - but the weirdest thing is that there IS NO INDICATION on your phone's "recent" calls that they called.  They send no 'company' and somehow the number (I saw it display when I answered) goes 'poof!' - so the only way you know how to call them back is to have listened to their lying message.

These crooks need to be shut down.

PHG keeps calling me from 813-367-0029 saying I owe a bill for $1600.00 that my insurance paid. when i tell them that the debt has been paid they refuse to believe me and they will not call and verify this. they just like to harrass people.

I got a call from their legal department, the lady I talked to seemed pretty smart and was professional... I am being sued for a $800 medical bill from almost 2 years ago and they wont take my payments... how are they breaking the law... if I can counter sue or prove that they are doing something wrong then maybe I can get out of this mess?????????????? I dont have $800 laying around or I would have already paid!

They filed a small claim against me in Pinellas county. Did they sue you too?

If this is indeed a collection company they are violating the Fair Debt and COllection Practices aka Federal Laws on collection procedures...
Deceptive Practices all the way around......

This company is also practicing deseptive collection tactics by NOT using the comapny name on caller ID but using what appears to be a private individuals name, Int, John P. Otherwise people would not answer a call from an unknown business.

PHG is a collection agency out of Tampa Florida. I got a call today for someone who no longer lives at this address and NEVER had MY phone number. These people do "skip tracing" and locate the address of someone owing money, then they obtain the phone number for whomever lives there NOW and call and BOTHER them, like they did me. When I told the rep that called that I was not the person she was looking for she hung up on me.I called back and spoke with Margie Diaz and got their corporate address and am sending them, at the advice of the FTC and FCC, a "cease communication" demand. If they violate this request they are subject to fines etc. I owe no one any money and feel these calls are an invasion of my privacy........

Her name was Margie Diaz calling from PHG about a personal legal business matter. What BS...I dont know how she got my full name, scary.
