Who called from this number today at 7:51 AM (2-12-12)? I'd like to know.

I received a phone call from this number. The young man stated he was my
grandson the oldest one and he had broken his nose and want to tell me about it. I donot have a grandson in tampa.

They call me every day and DO NOT leave a message. It is a fairly local number to me too

I just keep calling the number back and hanging up on them two can play this game

They call once a day everyday. Now they started to leave message saying they had an opportunity for me to work from home, that I was on their list, etc. Claimed their website was www.debt free.com. Absurd.. Must be a mistaken collection agency scam

Had a similar experience to jackson.  They have called me three times today; same automated message saying they are "Card Member Services", they have sent several courtesy messages to my address and this is the last time they will contact me.  They have called me from 813-371-8321 and 813-371-8621.  The latter number, I actually got a person on the other end, and told them not to call me anymore.  The former number, after several rings, clicked onto dead air (not a disconnect)

This is a Telemarketer  trying to consolidate your credit card debt  onto one card ..  They told me it was  Card Services  and  this was my last chance to get the great deal ..  LMAO     She asked if I owed over  $3,000  in CC debt ..  I said  NO I Don't  ..    Thanks  and  gone  .. Good riddance  ....

This rotten foreign b*****d (that I could not understand a word he said) just called my number asking for an employee of mine.  I told him this is a business, he demanded I give the person he was calling for a message!!  Incredible, I told him to never call this number again, he went on trying to tell me he was calling from a finance company and needed to speak to this person, I screamed at him, using a few choice words that he was NEVER to call this number again and hung up.  I called the person he was looking for to inform her, she said he had called and called repeatedly using unknown caller, she finally answered, he lied and said he was calling from a STATE OFFICE, went giving out this person's IP address and personal information.  When she told him he was full of sh_t, he changed his tune.  She as well said to NEVER call her again, however he continues to call.  I do also believe this is a skype number as this guy, whom I believe his accent is East Indian, is a liar and a scam artist!!

They tried to call me too. They were trying to reach my ex.  I ahve a way of stopping them from calling me.

If you know it is an investigator, what is the investigator's supposed name?
Did you get his badge number?
Did you get an address?

Well, at least after visiting this site I can be glad that I was rude to the woman who woke me last night, calling from this number.  I had to get out of bed and walk to the other side of the room to answer my phone (on the 5th or 6th ring) because ignoring it would've made it more impossible for me to go back to sleep. It was 8:59 p.m., but I have significant trouble sleeping, don't give my number out except to doctors and my banks, etc.  And, regardless of the time of the call - it really makes me angry when my phone rings and it's not someone I gave my number to.

Anyway, to the woman caller with an accent who cheerfully and rapidly identified herself by a first and last name and the name of some business I didn't catch, I simply said (yelled) "Why the hell are you waking me up?" and when she acted surprised and attempted an apology, I just yelled at her "Don't call this number again."  I did get back to sleep, finally.  But, I'm not happy.  What I've been able to learn so far is that it's a unpublished number assigned to a landline phone in the Tampa Bay area.

At numberinvestigator.com there are comments left by others who've received calls from this number, and have talked to them.  Someone said the caller had their personal identifying information, and enticed them to give out their credit card # and SSN. Someone else called them a telemarketer.  Someone else said they pretend to be a debt collector.  One person said they pretended to be a car dealership.  Several others just said scam/fraud.

Very weird that my caller-id showed 2 lines of the phone number, instead of 1st line phone # and 2nd line name (or unknown.)

Also, it appears this offensive phone caller has been using this phone number to bother people since at least January 2010.

A guy called from 813-371-8321 saying he was calling from GMAC (mortgage servicing). Asked me questions about my loan; which I refused to answer. He'd called a phone number I had just changed a day or two previously on my profile on GMAC's website (and nowhere else). I guess he was verifying the phone# was valid. He knew enough about my loan that I knew he was legit from GMAC (or some company servicing their accounts).

Since GMAC has never used this number to call me before, and considering the large variety of call types reported online for this number, it's probably an often-used spoofed number or part of some call debt servicing center.

Callers from this number are rude and ruthless. They will call you at least 10 times per day! Anyone know who they are??

They are calling every day 3, 5 p.m. about Debt REduction.  I don't want them to call me.  But, they don't give me a choice.  They simple leave voice mail.  I try to call them back, no one picks up.  BTW, I am on donotcall registy.

Just started getting calls from this and several other similar #'s.  As soon as I block one...another one pops up. from comments on this forum, I  suppose I am glad no one ever says anything when i say "Hello".  It is just odd, even holding for up to a minute, all we ever get is a -click-.

I have been getting these phone calls for the past 3 weeks, 3 and 4 times a day, and each time it is dead air on the line.  I contacted the phone company regarding this, and their solution was to change OUR phone number.  Doesn't seem much of a help, since others are also getting this, and a new number is more difficult for us, than it would be for the people placing these calls. I think they should be forced to stop, but I really think that there is no way to trace them as it may be a VOIP address.  We recently put my mother in law in a nursing home, and now we run every time the phone rings. It's a pain to only have a dead line when you get there.

Get calls from 813.371.8321 - the caller is asking for someone that does not live at my house. Initially he told me he was an investigator and then denied saying it. He is loud and rude, wanting to know who I am. I too am on the do not call registry but somehow that doesn't seem to matter to collectors!   I wonder if the Fair Debt Collections Act would apply here? I don't owe any one and when I tell this man that he tells me I don't have to get rude, REALLY?   It doesn't matter to him, he'll phone me back tomorrow and the person he is calling for still won't live here, DUH!

it is a collection company - even though it may not be you they are looking for, he will keep calling, at least that is what he has done to me.

Fair Debt Collections Act is an act designed by Congrerss to prevent agencies from harrassing you / me, see that is working don't you, almost as good as Congress works, DUH!

This is a Skype phone number. I know since I just started using Skype and called my cell phone to test it. When I tried again I showed up as a different number. The third time showed up as Private. Very strange.

Calls keep coming and coming every few minutes and there is no one on the other end, get hung up on every time they call. Tried to call the # back and got nothing but a dial tone. This is a place of business that they are calling and I answer tehe phone with the business name, and they hang up and call back again. Two day now this is going on!

This as***** calls numerous times a day asking for me or an attorney to call back........he threatens me in this horrid that if I dont call back the consequenes will be on me............what a creep he is, sound likes hes a foreiner.

okay this idiot calls my house at 1 in the morning. Im over it, threatened him or it so lets see if its the last time he calls.

I answered a call from them just a few minutes ago.  Said he was a recruiter from Diversity Jobs...I told them I wasn't interested and asked to not call again.
