I too have been contacted by Arthur Fisher from OWE (305-831-9625) on 3 different occasions in May saying I owed $1400+.  My experience is exactly as Lisa describes above...Nothing signed, just a recording of me supposedly agreeing to a verbal contract (do you know how easy it is to manipulate a digital voice file to make a person say anything you want), copy of an invoice from 2012, which we never received, plus we too have no record of them at all in our vendor files.   I also received a call in February from this Nick character...He was VERY rude and he actually hung up on me!

I was also contacted by Arthur Fischer today. They had called months ago asking did I want to renew with optimum web exposure when I said we do not do business with them they said we have had their services since 2012. Told them I did not want to renew and if we did in fact do business with them to fax me the signed contract. Today Arthur Fischer claims he can not cancel it until our balance was paid in full. Again told him we have never done business with them, send me the signed contract! He said it was a verbal agreement made by me in July 2013. They have it recorded and would use it in court if balance was not paid. Told him I wanted to hear the recording. Said he would call back in 20 minutes......never called back!!

Got a call from Optimum Web Exposure with a bill for 2000.00 for marketing on a website that I never had. This number was
305-831-9625. This guy was Arthur Fischer. Have had a conversation with them before and told them to send me the contract with this info that I agreed on. No mail. I believe this is all the same scam. His number is from Fort Lauderdale.

They called us and tried to collect over $400.00 they claim we owed for services we never signed up for.  I got the same story that Nick received. They call from Florida numbers that you can't callback. This call seemed fishy so I quickly googled this company and fortunately found this site. I told them that if they ever call again, I would report to FTC. This is a total scam. Don't be fooled by these con artists!

This guy Nick called and acted like he had had all of the particulars on the owners etc. of the company {easily found on social media} and stated that he was trying to get an answer on a renewal letter he sent me in January 2014. He began rambling on about our google, bing and yahoo status that he had achieved for us from 2012-2013. Tried to get me to commit to a renewal for a reduced rate of $290. I stated I do not recognize doing business with your company and he then replied oh your partner Tom signed the deal I will mail you a new invoice, Ok?I have heard that one with a toner scam as well. Tom signs nothing with out consulting with me so I new he was fibbing so I told him to send me proof. Ok he replies my manager will call you. 3 minutes later a female calls and states I just told Nick I would like to close my account and I should give her my credit card info to settle the $400 for the past services. I told her I do not owe Optimum Exposure and she hung up. I hope they are caught.  

Received a call from this number today regarding past due invoice for seo.  As above, the amount I supposedly owed was over 400.00.  When I said I had never done business with this company, he began yelling about responsibility to pay bills.  I said he had to prove I owed it.  He said they had sent many previous invoices. I hung up on him.

Nick just called again from same number 813-379-8741 this time said company was Optimum asked for owner by name then said had past due invoice when I asked for the number he said he did not have it and that it was sent along with renewal information - told him we do not do business with this company said he'd call back and send email then hung up.  When I call the number back it says this is for out bound calls only please hang up now.

I got the same thing the same call thus is ridiculous someone needs to report thus guy!

I am a Real Estate agent in PA and I track EVERY conversation that I have with EVERY vendor as well as with EVERY potential client. I log the number and conversation into my gmail by emailing it to myself in case I ever need to do follow-up. This morning I get a call from this number (813)379-8741.  He said his name was Nick, he had a Russian accent. Just like the other complaints on this page he stated that we owe him for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) that his company did for us last year January and wanted to know if we wanted to renew. He said our UNPAID INVOICE from last year totaled over $400. He also stated that they were responsible for getting us page one results on Yahoo, Bing and Google. This is total BS because I have never hired an SEO company. Being a former tech admin I do my own SEO. In my database I also came across a number for a Melissa who I believe is working with this company. When she called last year she was pretending to be looking for a house but I believe this was just a ploy so that I would send her listings so she can gain my personal email address as well as all my contact info. Her number is just ONE digit OFF the one above. The first message she left in Dec 2012 stated that she was relocating from California. The second time she called in March 2013 she stated that she was relocating from Florida.
This is obviously a scam that has been going on for quite some time. At first I just listened to his spiel. When I started to yell at him for trying to extort money out of me for services they never provided nor did I authorized he told me to have a nice day and hung up the phone. A few minutes later I called the # I had for Melissa, got no answer and I left a message. I then called Nick's number again (813) 379-8741, after a few rings a recording saying "This line is for outbound calls only came on". 2 minutes later I get a call back. As soon as I say hello he hangs up the phone.
This scam needs to be stopped!!!

NICK CALLED AND SAID WE OWE $400 AND SOMETHING. HUNG UP WHEN WE SAID NO WE DON'T! DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAMMMER...

He said he was from "Web Optimizer".  He wanted to settle my account and pay the invoice for services rendered. He placed me on the front page of Google searches, bla bla bla.  Too bad he had the wrong address.  The clued me in that he was full of s***.

This guy "NICK" just called my business telling me I owe them money (almost $500) for search engine optimization (SEO) I agreed to over a year ago.

I told them I have never spoke with them or received anything from them. He said I agreed to their services so I asked him to prove it and if they had me recorded. He said he would call back. TOTAL BS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nick from 813-379-8741 called. Nick wanted to know if I received the Invoice in our PO Box. I told him, no. I don't know your business nor have I ever done business with you. He quickly hung up.

Just received call from 813-379-8741 asked for the owner when I asked what it was in regards to Nick said it was about past due invoice with Pro Market Internet advertising I told him I would have received any invoice and we don't do business with them I am not sure if he could have hung up the phone any faster.

Called and told me he needed to settle my account for internet advertising. He said he was with ProMarketing. I told him I never hired any such company and he quickly hung up. I called his number back ready to hunt down the scammer and it went to a generic magic jack voice mail. I will find him.
