Apparently "." and "melissa", above, have problems:
1) They cannot remember the UserIDs they have for posting
2) They post EXACTLY the same copy-and paste shilly messages
3) They cannot spell, and do not know how to construct sentences in English.
4) They don't even know the name / business address or website of the supposed company.
5) They could not identify the "district court" or the case numbers.

Be aware that email or text message or phone call notification of debt is NOT legally sufficient!  The notification MUST be via snailmail!

Keeps calling me saying they have filed a claim against my social and I have paid them money
Fear of being arrested on my job.now they won't stop calling and keep calling from different numbers but always sound like the same man with a bad accent.

You can not be arrested for owing a debt.. its a civil matter, not criminal!

Please do file reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,CFB,FTC & FCC..

Caller left a voicemail stating he was calling from a criminal investigation department. The caller stated my last digits of my social security and my place of employment and lawsuit for fraud was filed against me plus intimidation for immediate arrest and lost of job.
I have no idea who this is I live in Hawaii?
When I applied for something on line this calls started came in more than once.
I would suggest call the local Authority to make a complaint. Write the Attorney General for the state of Florida. I believe these things are against the law! treats
