person on the line said they were from an energy efficiency program

Have been getting calls From this number 4 weeks. tried to call back its not a working number. how to block a non working number?? drives me nuts!!

This number has repeatedly called me multiple times a day, for about a week.  

Also get multiple calls daily / hourly from this number who never answers or leaves messages.

This number calls my cell 4-5 times a day!!  I want it to STOP!!!!!

I get called by this number at least 5-6 times a day and its been going on for about a week now.they hang up when i answer and i cant call back because it sounds like its disconnected.

I talked with a Verizon Rep in one of their stores. He looked it up and explained it?s an automated solicitor?s number. Another words it?s being dialed by a computer system. If the person who is soliciting is on another line the computer will just hang up when you answer. When you call the number the computer auto answers with a reply then hangs up. The best location of this number is from Hillsborough County in Fla. (Tampa area). It was also mentioned it might be a relayed call from another number an relayed through several numbers, so who knows where the original call is coming from. If you have Verizon you can block it by going on line to your Verizon personal web site. You can block it for 90 days. Would also check your cell bill?s to make sure your number is not being billed form these numbers?

This number has called me at least 10 times in the past two days. I posted an ad on craigslist and I've been getting calls from it ever since. I've answered a couple of times, and the first time they hung up and the second time they were just breathing. Pretty creepy.

This has got to stop!!!  Called 4 times yesterday and once so far today (expecting more though).

This number keeps calling my cell phone as well... no message left and if I do answer, there is noone there.  It needs to quit!!

This  people have called me on 6/3 six times, today so far they have called four time.........I don't pick up...nor my answering machine is on............let them call.......(it is annoying)

I have received a few calls from this number, no voice mail left. Annoying. This solicitation has to stop.

This number has called several times on my cell phone.   No voice message left and the one time I answered there was no one there.

Received approx a dozen calls from 813-435-6136.  Answered once and they did not respond, tried to call back and the number was not a "real" phone number.

This number keeps calling my private cell which is for emergencies only.  It has called 8 times so far today.  No one ever leaves a message and there is no one on the other end if the call is answered.

This number calls our home number at least 5 times a day! They are a nuisance and we are on the DO NOT CALL list. It is obvious this is happening to many others. How do we get them to STOP???

These jerks keep calling me as well.  I called back and got an out of service message, which means they're spoofing their number and violating FTC rules.  Report them.  Maybe enough will get the attention of the FTC.

I received two calls from this number.  They state they are a representative of a state funded energy efficiency program and they are not selling me anything.  They want to tell me about the program and ask me questions. I prefer not to be bothered at home so I told them I'm not interested ..but they called back a few days later.  

This number has been calling my private cell for days now- morning, noon and night.  At first I would answer, but no one ever said anything even though I could hear people talking in the background.  Now i just need them to stop.  Is there a call block feature on the iphone that anyone knows of?  This is ridiculous.  Thanks.

I have received multiple calls from this number the last 48 hours. No vm.

Number keeps calling me. I advised twice not to call and advised I was on a do not call list. The person on the line hung up on me.

813-435-6136 called my number 11 times yesterday and a couple of times already today.   No message, picked up a couple of times, no one there.
