I been trying to file a fraud  report online with the credit bureaus but I'm so scared to put any of my personal info on the web now, but Thanks for the advice.

You may be a victim of identity theft---which is probably how these criminals got your personal identifying information. Notify your bank and place fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus.

Got multiple calls to my personal phone as well as my employer line from Nick Wilson and Tim Morgan saying the same thing they have said to others. These people have caused havoc in my life.My employer had to get the local sheriff involved as well as our risk mngmnt dept and IS department to change the numbers to the phone because they wouldnt stop calling. Very embarassing that I was the cause of all the chaos that I am as well a victim to.At first i was scared for mylife, still am a little shakened up about the situation, I mean these guys have my personal information right in front of them. I mean, besides the harrassing phone calls, HAVE THESE GUYS DONE ANYTHING PERSONAL TO YOU USING YOUR INFORMATION?

this phone number keeps calling me, and they're making clean that are not true at least from what I can see I have found on the internet they are of Indian descent and clean to be with Bureau of Investigation they're making accusations, that are false trying to intimidate me, they are trying to make my life a living you know what, they call hours of the day and night have called me names called me ignorant darasimi constantly they have stolen my identity obviously and it's becoming a serious issue I have to say that even mentally it has taken a toll on me.it's quite frustrating because you really don't know what is real and what is not real but one thing I know that is real is that I have not committed any type of crime ,they're making cleans that I wrote some type of check which I have not wrote any at all but they have all of my personal information my social security number bank account information date of birth where I was born everything and I'm afraid that in the future because the problem these people need to be stopped on Monday morning I plan on reporting them somehow I don't know who will listen hopefully someone sees his number that everyone's having a problem with and we'll do

This company so called quick cash has made treats of taking me to court making me pay them money I haven't borrowed. I have never borrowed money from theses people. Their has to be something that can be done about these two. 813 444 9348 is there number.

Has called our office multiple times in the last 2 weeks proclaiming to be from a law office or the attorney general.  Says his name is "Paul Jackson".  Heavy accent.  Very rude.  He called our office 10 times in a row one day...we finally left the phone of the hook for about an hour, and then it stopped.  They just called again today asking for the same employee and making the same claim.  I told him the guy wasn't hear and asked for a name and number to call back.  You can hear other people talking in the background, sounds like a call center, but definitely not a legit one!

Yesterday a received a call at my job form 813-444-9348, and it was a guy called Gary Jackson saying he was with an attorney, later he said he was with doing  an investigation for federal office#16 this guy have an indian accent and it was very hard to understand him he ask me for $1000 first later he asked me for $4000, if i dont pay them they will take me to court and jail.he also asked to talk to my supervisor, well and I transferred the call to her, and the indian guy accused me  of stilling money to the place i work for, and using the companies information for fraud purpose , my boss asked the indian guy what kind of fraud i was involved ans he can't not answered that question he keep saying ask Jane(me), and after that he was asking for the business licence number, and the indian guy, start screaming to my boos, I felt so bad because this person  was accusing me of fraud at my job place, and asking for money, I told my boss that was not true and we google the number and we find out it was a scam, but this people keep calling and my question is why an indian guy will use an american name and american last name? my boss called the police and they told us it's nothing we can do about it1! we have to call the phone company and block the number.. I hope one day this people will pay for what they are doing.... God please me them pay for their own actions

Again they call i told them ok take me to court see ya there then they said we will contact your job i said that fine i dont care i hope some one catches that f****r an throws his a** in jail i am contacting the polce so i can keep it on file aswell as the FCC an FBI that is the best thing to do folk don't give up try an catch them

Report the calls to the FBI and tell the scammers when they call back that the FBI is monitoring, recording and tracing all calls they make to you!

If you haven't already done so, contact your bank to report the withdrawals as fraudulent!  You will have to close your account also.  Have fraud alerts place permanently on your bank accounts and also with the three credit agencies (Experian, Equifax and TransUnion).  These people are scammers from India - no one is arrested for failure to pay a loan.

Print out this page - you are a victim of harassment by scammers from India.  Give a copy of this printout to your HR Dept or manager - surely they can understand you can't do anything about this!  

Report the calls to the FTC, the FBI and also your state's Attorney General.  You can also probably print up more info on the scam from the FBI website and give to your work.  

The scammers will keep calling, however, it might help if you tell them that the FBI is monitoring, recording and tracing all calls they make to you.  Don't let them scare you into paying money, because then they sell your information to other scammers who repeat the process.

I have had about 250 phone calls from this number today for 5 and half hours straight at my job about another employee that wasnt working today. At first it was just annoying, than he started getting nasty with me calling me a prostitute s**t w***e, the daughter of a bi***, how much was i selling my va**na for, telling all the other employees they should touch my boobs if i speak to them. Every time i picked up the phone ( which i had to do incase it was actually a customer) he said hey there you dirty bi***. We called the police and then found out they started to call the police dept and harrassed them as well as soon as they left, I can not spend another day like today at work so something better be done.

my brother passed away 3 years ago and I went online to apply for a payday loan since then has been a complete nightmare money taken out of my checking account and several harassing phone calls hundreds of text messages emails threats these people claim that there with the National Crime & vestigation Investigation Bureau I'm that I am being charged with three counts of some type of online check Friday um its so sad because this is all stemming from me trying to apply for a loan and which I never received these I decided not to take a loan and um these people have been making my life a living hellchecking account phone call harassment non stop text messages email phone calls totally driving me insane I told these people they should be ashamed of themselves after doing some investigating working my own I realize that they were a scam I told him how could you sleep at night how did you raise them self to be the person who they were to allow themselves how could they sleep at night scamming people the way to date you I told him you should be ashamed of himself into whatever God you praise

Same thing, says his name is Mike Evans, heavy indian accent, SOOO ANNYOING !! im now screaming at him because hes called asking for an employee 17 times this morning and the employee doesnt come in till 12pm. I've told him this nicely the first 8 times he called but this last time i snapped! Scam artist or not what is this guy a moron! I told him the guy doesnt come in till 12 and its only 11am ... Finally looked up the number online, at least i found out im not crazy. hope he calls again so i  can bust him.

This man from some collection agency keeps calling with a heavy Indian accent. Says his name is Mike Evans.  I can hear others in the background it is obviously a collection agency. He claims he is with National Crime Investigation Bureau. NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Has been calling my work, I answered and told him it is illegal for collections to call a place of work. He hung up on me the one time the second time he apologized and then hung up. A**les!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had this same person just contact me and was very rude I simply stated I needed his name address where he as at and that I was contacting the authorities.  He refused said call tem I will talk to them but not give me the address was kind of nervous until I realized well now that I see all of these it is a scam.

Thy have to quit calling my job I've got told I'm about tools my job if these people continue to call my place if employment this is got to stop how can I stop this from continuing to harrasss me

Foreign accent stating there has been a criminal complaint against my social security number and if I don't call them back they will turn me into NCI unit in my county (National Crime Investigation Unit).  This is a scam I am not calling them back.  These people need to get a real job and stop trying to prey on people and get money.  Sorry I have never even gotten a parking ticket in my life so I am sure I'm not going to be turned in for some crime.  Jerks get a Job.

They called for an employee and I told them they couldn't get personal phone calls and would take a message and thats when Patricia Lopez who I had trouble understanding proceeded to tell me this employee was committing fraud and she was with the National Crime Bureau and this employee was risking jail!  Thats when I told here she was committing a crime by telling me someones personal information and if she was with the Crime Bureau she would know that and I would give said employee the message and not to call back because he couldn't receive personal phone calls at work.  She then began to tell me more of his personal business and I hung up on her.  She then called back and I told her if she called again I would call 911 and report her and her company to the local police!  So far no return calls!  This company is bogus!!

I have received calls like these from 2 different numbers.  Both make the same threats and both have middle eastern accents.  I don't return the calls or accept them.   However, the stress that these calls and threats are causing in my life are beginning to have physical effects.  Something should be able to be done to protect american citizens from these people.

Just got a call from these low lifes. Its a shame nobody can stop them. They have my business name and social number. Its scary. I called them back and told them I contacted the fbi. They cussed at me and hung up.

Someone by the name of "Dexter Williams" called me at my job claiming to be from the State Investigation Dept.

His name was nick wilson who called & messAge cut off at end.

Said my social security number was under investigation and a criminal suit was filed against me.

Continue to get calls from this number and others for Lisa. Tonight in my deep voice told them I was Lisa. Heavily accented calling lady transferred me to her "senior investigator" with National something and restitution.. When that foreigner got on the line he said you are not Lisa, you are a man. I said no kidding. He hung up..
Immediately the first caller called back and demanded I transfer them to Lisa.. I informed them yet again that I have had my number for 30 years and there is no Lisa here.. Further told them to quit calling or I would come find them.

s that call me.. every time i get a new # i block it from my cell but then they call me at work... i wish something BAD WOULD HAPPEN TO THESE A*******.. !!!.. Got a call just a few mintues ago and they said that his names was jeff anderson from the national crimes investigation and that i owe 410.25 from cash advance i never got the loan so i told him i was going to call my lawyer and he hung up what a scam!!!!

I had these phone calls several times over the past few days. I knew it was a scam and became very frustrated that they had so much of my personal information and that they were calling me at work. I have contacted a lawyer and am reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission.

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.
