VERY unwanted call.

Same deal here. I also have a Godaddy.com domain name.... this is annoying!

Have gotten calls from them on my cell phone and get charged for the call.  Got it again today and as others have said, they speak in Spanish and talk so rapidly that you couldn't begin to understand them even if you understood Spanish which I don't.

i received a call today but is the lady speak Spanish and she told i want 1200 dlls and want my number card to send me the money and that all fake... because i asker how i I earned that money? and she just hang up... that what's weird ... dont trust her....

The native language?   English - England. Get it!  
The only native language here is some American indiann dialect and who even knows about that.

I answered a call today at 3:17 pm from 813-501-8989 it was a recording of  a woman, speaking in Spanish,  stating that my sprint number was selected and qualified for $1200 on free Sprint products ....? Ok  ... asked for me to press 1 for assistance. yeah right just hang up.

I got a call from 813-501-8989.  I did not answer it and they left me a message in Spanish.  I don't know who they are or what they want, but until they at least speak English (since I don't speak Spanish) they won't get anywhere with me.

I have also been receiving call(s) from this number and have purchased a domain name from GoDaddy.com.
Being an IT professional I can say with absolute certainty that they have sold my information without much regard for my individual right tp privacy and they did so because I did not specifically tell them not to. In fact when I accepted their contract for a domain name, I probably gave them permission to do this. Nobody reads the fine print. I will most certainly be giving GoDaddy.com a call to rectify this, one way or another, but truth be told damage is already done.

Received a call but no message left, my number is on the do not call registry.  Not sure where they are getting my number from.

received a call on my cell phone from 813-501-8989.  Spanish speaking message and then a disconnect.  I called back from a land line and the message indicates it is a non-working number.  The only thing that I've done recently is buy a domain name from Go Daddy - I bet they sold my information as I have received many phone calls since last week.

It seems as if this number, from all the reviews, is needing to be reported. I also received a telephone call from the same number.  It was to my mobile phone and I did not answer. There was no msg left. I tried calling it back to the recording saying "Not a valid number".

The recording was in mexican language that I do NOT speak. I am on the National & State No Call List for my cell phone that I rarely use except in emergency! I refuse to call them back, I do NOT care what they want.  I will just keep reporting their nonsense to the authorities.

Me too. If I don't know the # I don't answer it. If it's from someone legit, they'll leave a msg.

I didn't get to the phone in time and when I answered it, they had already hung up.  Didn't know who it was and I didn't call the number back to see.

How did they get hold of my cell phone number? Why do our carriers sell us out to these solicitors? When will it stop??!! Can I sue them for selling us out?
