Oh hey thief I managed to find you. How ironic you have an issue with this since ya stole my phones on me last year including my Droid X smartphone, I think you deserve someone stealing from you.

This indian dude forgets his own number and he states his name wrong and corrects it troy martin and he doesnt stop calling.

They called me to.  Said they were Bell and Smith Legal Associates.  Said I owed money to a firm called American Cash.  They only American Cash I'm aware of is American Cash Services, which has an advisory out against them from the The State of Washington. They also threatened to have me arrested within 3 hours if I didn't pay 694 dollars.  I told them that "under advisement of the local and federal authorities I was not going to pay them any money and they were get no further information from me", and hung up on them.  The next day they had the nerve to call back and say that they were going to download the file to the Florida Courts and I would be arrested in three hours if I didn't pay the $694 I owed and an additional OCR fee to get it out of the courts.  I just hung up on them.

Also, the name Jessica Anderson is associated with a the same scam running out of San Diego.  They are posing as either Simon and Dworkin, Simon and Wilson, or Simon and Rosen Legal Associates.

To end, what I have don is filed complaints with my local police department and the IC3 which is a joint effort between the FBI and the White Collar Crime Commision.

Getting 10 - 12 calls a day with threats of me going to jail if I don't send them money today, Said they were an attorney and was filing suit on me. Hard to understand due to accent. Very Rude and hateful. Calling my work as well.

They keep calling and saying that I need to pay them money and want card numbers Or they are going to file suit. ??? Suit on what?

I have been recieving calls from these freaks for days- they have been calling my work- my cell- I thought I was really in trouble until I read these posts- Thank you to everyone!!!!! anyway I called them back and told them to leave me the hell alone that I had contacted my local police dept. and the FTC and that if they didn't leave me alone I was going to sue them and then after not letting this indian freak get a word in edge wise I told him to go back to his own damn country and scam them!!!!  These people need to be stop!!!!

i got the same call today as i was getting ready for work. i barely understood what the hell the guy was saying then he said that he was putting his superviser on, who couldnt speek a lick of damn english either. Being that i was trying to get out of the door for work, i told the guy whatever, i dont have time for this s@# t, send me the supeona or whatever. Then he proceeded to tell me he didnt have time for it either. I thought to myself "what the f @# k! " then i hung up. a few min. later he left a voice message talking about me going to jail for 6 days and all that other crap. Its simply a scam.

I got a call from this number stating that my husband will go to jail if he do not send the money he owes to the loan company called American Cash, which we never applied with. I learned that it was a scam. Do not send any money to them because they actually told me to go to Walmart to get a money pack card to send them $1055.

I recieved a call from these folks who claim to be from "Something or Other and Smith Law Firm". The man left a nasty threating message on my voice mail so I called them back. The other gentleman who has a foreign accent from India (who sounded just like the man who left the voice mail) said that trhe officer would call me back.Well I waited ,and waited finally I googled the phone # got the # to the F T C # 1-877-382-4357,called the FTC and filed a report.I was given a reference # so when they called back I told them to contact the FTC and gave them my reference # they placed me on hold then hung up....HA!!!,HA!!!!,GOTCHA!!! you ____SCAMMERS!!!

You can call the FTC their # is 1-877-382-4357. I just called them myself they will take down the # that has been calling you and file a report also give you the reference # for you'r records. Let's get these "SCAMMERS".Once I called them back and told them I filed with the FTC he placed me on hold and then hung up....

They just called me and I called them back 4 times. Thanks for the FTC #. I will be calling them. They are very,very rude and try to imitadate you but being an American "I can't be imtimidated"!!!Anyways I called back and they hung up on me. I'd Love To Get My Hands On Him... I had the same thing happen to me, they said they were from Bell and Smith Associates and his name was James Coter. They were gonna have me arrested and put in jail for 30 days for owing money for a cash advance loan(which I never had one).  They were asking to speak to my attorney.  They gave me 2 different business names who I owed money to for the cash advance.  They were very rude.

I kept getting calls from this number and they were telling me that they were from  Bell and Smith Legal associates.  They said that  i owed money for a cash advance(never even had one), they told me 2 different companies where i supposively had a cash advance and the cops were comming to my house to arrest me.  When I talked I could hear my voice.  When I asked for the company name they said it really fast and I replied that" I could not understand him" and he replied "cant you understand english"

They claim they are Bell & Smith Legal Associates, do not believe these people!!!!! "Michelle Jones" had a very distinct Indian accent and was claiming that I owed $485. Supposedly if I did not pay this, they were going to call my employer, I was going to be facing criminal charges and I would end up owing $6000-$7000 and in jail. She was insistant that I go to Wal-Mart and get a green-dot money card to make the payment, that they did not accept debit or credit cards. She became very angry when I insisted on knowing the address that the money was supposed to be sent. During the call, I pulled the # up online and found these posts, THANK YOU!!!!!!

Same story here. I JUST got a call from these people saying almost the exect identical story. They claimed to have sent a fax to my place of business notifying them of my arrest coming tomorrow. I own my own business and work from home. Yeah, no fax was ever sent lol. They stated that I would be arrested for a minimum of 6 days.....over a debt? haha Last I checked a person couldnt be arrested for owing money to someone. If that were the case in this economy almost everyone would be in jail right now haha! As everyone has said before me, its a complete bullshi* scam. Screw with them a bit.....I did and it ended up giving me a good laugh!

Got a numerous calls from this number. with the same threats on my v-mail.  Guess what...thats all they talk to is my v-mail.  Does not bother me to ignor and delete.  One day I might pick up and scare the bejesus out of them. But for now, they get frustrated with my v-mail and move on......JUST DONT ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY GET FRUSTRATED AND MOVE ON.

that number called me after i got out of the hospital claiming i took a loan from some loan company and i owe them money or i go to jail with a 5000 dollar bail. i took two days off cuz the indian lawyer said that it was one day then i called cuz no police with a subpena showed up like he claimed they were the following morning and he said it was delayed til monday then i went to the courthouse only to find out its a scam and they took money from my account so now im sueing them for it. how do they get away with this stuff?

I have gotten this very same call and he asked to speak with my attorney and i was being questioned in an investigation and then i was read the charges against me and i needed to pay him three hundred dollars and if i didnt pay i was going to be arrested and i was going to loose my employment. I needed to pay with a green dot money card. His name was James Anderson and he was from the Bell and Smith Law Firm

received message stating i was being sued. i told him not to call me at work again since i didn't know from jack. told him to sue me and i hung up the phone.

Thanks for that number, i called on their a** & let their a** have it to the max. They was so mad at me because i kept asking them so many questions until it was not funny. They told me they was going to send the police to my job for fraud, i will have to pay 5800 dollars & 1200 to stay out of jail bring my lawyer with me. If i did not pay them first they said 639 dollars than it went to 461 i told Jessica Anderson make up ur mind lady. O yes she was made is hell @ me once i google the number & called there a***s back. Her & the Indian dude with that terrible a** phone line they have.

This is very true...THis is a scam; i hate to be  a stereotype but if a Indian dude with a name  Troy Martin calls you just think....No full blooded Indian will name there child troy martin....also i contacted the courts in my state and they said it sounds like scam....So the next time he called I started asking him questions where is his firm located cause i was gonna come mapquest that s***...

They are using a magic jack phone and calling from India thats why it shows up as a CA or FL number. They most likely got your info from a payday loan site, Do NOT give them a dime it is a scam they will try to bully you into sending them money via western union. They call and claim to be with a law firm and will say things like "if you dont send $300 you will be arrested by the next day" or " you commited wire transfer fraud and will lose your job" these people use very simple american names exp John smith, Jessica jones, Brian davis, Nathan Rice. Do not worry they cant do anything to you but they do need to be reported.. I received these calls regarding a co-worker so I started to look into it. I called the number back and a man answered using a american accent but the more questions i asked the more upset he got and the indian accent came out. He refused to give me a address or even a fax number. A few mins later he called my co-worker at work threatning him saying a investigation team was on the way to arrest him. 2 mins later he called me back still claiming to be a lawyer I told him I had reported him to the police and he responded with "your a f**king stupid idiot woman' and hung up on me. You can report these people to  F T C the number is 877-382-4357 they deal with identity theft. It happen to me to. I was so scared, and they told me to buy a green dot money pack card. If I don't I will be arrested. They told me the company name is Ameri Cash. I ow them 360.00 dollars. I was nerves and purchased 150.00 card. But after goggleing the number and read all the post. I got scam.

And at work with this nonsense until finally I got my number tapped by
my phone company and called a real lawyer and building a case by harassing me and
