Keep getting calls from this place, won't talk to me, ask for my husband. We are on the do not call list but doesn't seem to matter.

They will also call using 813-510-6308 as "NTL Dealer Svc". Ntl Dealer Service is a Florida FICTITIOUS NAME filed on March 6, 2014. The company's filing status is listed as Active and its File Number is G14000023558. The company's principal address is 2000 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd Suite 301 West Palm Beach, FL 33409. So, they are also Turnkey Auto Group.

The calls will have different caller id's including: "Odessa FL", or "Auto Alert" or "Vehicle Processing Center" or "NTL Dealer SVC".

They are a company that sells "vehicle service contracts" or automobile extended warranties and continuously break the law by calling people on the DNC list.

called 6/3/14, 6:28pm, caller id "Auto Alert". They also called me on 3/6/14, and 3/21/14. Probably more times in between but who knows now. I suggest filing BBB complaints against them to start with. Ask they no longer call you if you are on the DNC list. That is their notification. If they call again, demand the $500 fine as allowed under the TCPA. That's the law.

Caller ID read 'Auto Alert', asked for a Mr. Schultz. No one by that name lives here, plus number is on the State and Federal do-not-call lists

Caller ID says Auto Alert....asked for my husband. Trying to sell extended warranty policy SCAM!!!

Came in as an "Auto Alert" answered , just a lot of noise, no one spoke.

I get a call from "Auto Alert" almost every other day.  They never leave a message and if I pick up, there is no answer on the other end.  I too am on the do not call list.  I want these people to stop calling and bothering us.

Turnkey auto group. Scumbags trying to sell a new warranty for cars that are still under warranty. Doesn't matter what you say they keep calling. I'm registered on the do not call list, they don't seem to care. I hope the FTC pursues them.

called 3/6/14, 12:21PM. hung up before answering machine picked up. Caller id "Odessa FL". Any relation to 813-510-6308 with same caller id???

Do not talk to these people:  Turnkey Auto Group.  They will try to sell you an extended warranty on your car.  They lie by saying they are the "underwriter" for the warranty program of the maker of your car.  In my case, Ford.  That is a lie.  They will not let you see a copy of the "policy" or the basic terms and conditions of coverage.  You have to pay for it first.  Do not due business with this company. BEWARE.

They called me and asked for my husband John. He died over a year ago. They did not leave a message.
