I was "lucky" enough to actually talk to someone. Apparently English is not their first language. However, they are Nationwide Rewards. That's the name given on the call before someone actually picked up.

I get two to three calls on my work number from this number every day.  As soon as I answer, the caller hangs up.  When I try to call the number back, there is a voice mail that says "You have reached customer service," but does not identify the company.

you can add me to the list as well,  Is there anyway to block it?

These folks are going to bu slapped with a harrassment charge through our police department...you can do the same by filing a harrassing phone call report through your local police department and have them contact the company...eventually, they will get the idea...  ;-)

These idiots call me at least three times a day. When I answer they hang up. I read through these blogs and I was also charged for a "G.A.T.E. in palm coast for $29.95 then again for $9.95. The bank did give me my money back and we closed the account but alot of bounced checks happened, and those the bank would not reverse. I've checked with the do not call list and unless you tell them to take you off there list and you've answered the phone to them they can keep calling for up to 18 months. They dont give you a chance to tell them to stop calling because they hang up on you right away.

i Get calls from this number at least 3 time a week at my home in the evening.

These boneheads, National Rewards, called me the other day wanting to give me a $100 gas/fuel gift card and a $50.00 WalMart gift card IF i could verify my credit card information with the card # ending in ****.  I was stopped cold in the tracks because this credit card # he rattled off was canceled last July due to fraudlent charges made on the card. My husband had been in another city in Ohio on business - took some people to lunch and that's when his card # was stolen - by a member of the restaurant's staff! SO BEWARE - ME CREDIT CARD COMPANY IS NOT HANDING OUT THIS INFORMATION - THESE BONEHEADS ARE DANGEROUS!!!DON'T GIVE THEM ANY INFO !! CALL THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU IN YOUR AREA. PS - BEING ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST WILL NOT STOP THEM FROM CONTACTING YOU!

STOP calling...I have told them directly to STOP...and tried to call them back...only to get a busy signal....ANNOYING...

They've taken money from my checking account and caused a lot of problems.  Did any of you happen to buy a common cures book and only pay shipping?  I think there's a link !!!

I just got a call from "Nationwide Rewards" wanting to confirm my mailing address so they could send me a gift card for $100 worth of free gasoline.  When I asked just who they were and why I was being "rewarded" the woman said that "time is money & we know you're busy at work so stop being so aggressive & we could wrap it up..." Then she put me on hold, came back about 30 seconds later and said the call was being recorded for "quality assurance purposes" & I heard that old recording "beep".  She read off my street address, and then wanted me to repeat it so they'd have me on tape, saying the correct address and to make sure it was the "... same address that's on your "card"! Up to this point, she'd said nothing about any "cards".

I then told her that just yesterday, there was an unauthorized charge from my checking acct, done with my debit card, and that although her call could just be coincidence, I was still wary of being recorded, speaking addresses, phone numbers, etc.  She very quitely hung up on me.

I've since found out that the company who tried to deduct $29.95 from my checking acct are in Palm Coast, Florida.  I'm in Atlanta & have never been to Palm Coast.  Now I find that this call came from around Tampa, Florida?  No way this is a coincidence.  This is another attempt to defraud me; I've already closed the checking acct.

EVERYONE BEWARE!!!  The charge on my acct was kisted as "G.A.T.E." so keep a very close eye on your ck'ing accts... go online and check 'em about once every two hours, otherwise they'll do the same to you and the least trouble it will cause you is having to close then re-open a new acct(s).  The MOST trouble will be bouncing checks and lost money!!

received a call, asking for$265 for a review of their service. They have the 4 last digits of credit cards and they need to be stopped. They called me at 1:34pm on 3-2-09. I work at night, so I wasn't quite with the case, needless to say.

I get daily calls from these people...Nationwide Rewards. They seem to have my last 4 numbers of my credit card and are promoting some bu***hit promotional crap I didn't even listen to. No matter how rude you are, and even if you are on a do not call list, the calls keep coming.
Someone need to track the origin of these people down, walk in and shut this down.

These idiots call our house at least 4 times a day asking to speak to my 16 year old daughter! Sometimes they actually talk and others they just hang up.  I had the chance to listen to a lady last night and she was trying to seel my daughter a rewards gift card to Walmart.  Said her years of loyalty through her credit card at the bank had earned her a reward.  Bull crap! My daughter just got a debit card a few months ago. *SCAM* I told that woman we weren't interested and she said "You don't want your reward?" and I told her "NO!" and she said "That's okay, I'll call back tomorrow!" and she hung up on me.  I'm not that far from Tampa and would love to go down there and smack her in the head!

I keep getting calls from this stupid number almost everyday around 11 am my time in California. I answer and it hangs up. One time they did call and a lady was talking to me and it would hang up. She called right back and it would hang up, happened like 3 times. The third time she accused me of hanging up on her and said she was just going to keep calling back. I said it wasnt me that was hanging up. Then it went dead. She called right back. I didnt pick it up and that was the end of that. But they still keep calling and never leave a message. I try to call the number and it just rings and rings and then hangs up.

I've been getting called from this number as well, one to two times daily.  My caller ID says Nationwide Debt, but I've never looked in to consolidating debt.  I finally registered on the DO NOT CALL list.  Hope they stop soon.

i've been getting called by this # EVERY morning @ 6am! which i guess is 9am to them and i have a nj cell phone...anyway, i subscribe to a svc on tmobile that allows me to control how many minutes/who can call/not call - i'm putting that # in! take that.

Ive received quite a few call from this number, its amazing to me to see all of the comments and information that Ive found by just googling the number. Is there anything to be done about these kind of calls. How do they get our numbers???!!!! Finally I tried to call it back there was no answer and after letting it ring about five times it just hangs up...just thought I would put my comment in too.....

I too have been receiving many calls from these jerks as well. And yes they are Nationwide Rewards located in Tampa, FL somewhere. They were sold this number by Florida Digital Network who would not reveal to me the proper name of this company. I suggest you report them to the Better Business Bureau and the Telecomunications office.

I got a call from this number, and it was for some 60-minute presentation that they wanted me to go in for, and if I go, I'm promised a free 7-day cruise.  They said they can be reached at 888-358-7585.

I finally answered it. It is a scam rewards program. I went along with their thing about giving me 2 $50 gas cards and a $50 Walmart card for being in good standing on my Visa. All they needed was a small processing fee, to which I adamantly said I would not authorize any charges to my card. She immediately hung up. I think it is related to G.A.T.E Palm Coast, Florida scam who fraudulently charged me $29.95. When I called my bank to report it, they said it is definitely a scam, and if you OK the processing charges it adds you to a subscription of telemarketers constantly nickel-diming you, many times recurring and unauthorized. I have not received another call since.

Definitely a scam. They say they?re from Visa and want to reward you with free gift cards.  They had my address and the last four digits of an old credit card. When I told them that that card had been canceled due to fraudulent activity, they hung up on me.

I am on a do not call list. I have told them several times not to call me again and to take me off their list. I have also reminded them that I am on the not not call list.
