A person using this phone number called my home and spoke to my 12 year old daughter.  He harassed her to the point of tears!  Asking her name, if she was home alone, what she was doing.  Repeatedly tried to get her to talk to him and give him information about herself.  Her response to him was a good one(other than hanging up), "I don't feel comfortable giving you that."  Then she asked for HIS email address and he gave her one - as&az@hotmail.com.  I did make a police report, as she is 12, and she was in tears after the phone call.    I did return call  to the phone number on caller id, but a recording that said "this phone number is not accepting phone calls at this time," came on.  

I have had this id and phone number show up when people I know have called. One was a local land line, one was a cell phone from the Dallas area and another was a cell phone from a friend in New Jersey. I think there is a huge problem but no one knows it yet.

I called my niece and she said that on her caller id 813-821-9994 showed up on her caller id, that is not my number, I am very concerned, really, do people not have a life, leave my account alone, I am changing my number and having my phone factory cleared in case someone is hacking in my phone , GET A LIFE!

Called my parents from my Alaska Communications cell phone and this number showed on their land line's caller id. Feels like Big Brother.

When I tried to log into my email a message came up saying for more security i had to enter a phone number and they would call back with a code which they did and had to enter the code to get into my account, Now I am worried that my email has been hacked or I have a virus on my computer, Has anyone experienced this too? The name on the number was audible tech.

I had two calls come in two minutes apart at 2:30 and 2:32 am. The first call appeared on my caller ID as  AUDIBLE TECH  813-517-0047. The second call says Unavailable and the number is all zeros. If this would have been all I had to go on, I never would have known it was a friend trying to call. They left a message on my answering machine though and mentioned they had to call twice because the first call cut off when the answering machine picked up. I don't know what kind of calling plan they have with their phone company, but it is a land line and not a cell phone.

Not sure about all the other responses, this number is what came up when a family member called from Germany.  

We have been getting these calls for a while now, but they have just started being all night long.  I can't understand how someone can't figure out the who or why of them.  What would be the purpose of them if nobody ever responds when you answer.  Can they use it to hack into your computer or something?

really.Can somebody please tell me what they get out of calling somebody all hours of the night? When they call they don't say anything.2 nights in a row all night long. Yesterdays calls started at 4 pm and went on all night every 2 hours.Somebody needs to get a life.

called  all night long. Every hour until 545 a ,m. I would answer  the phone and they would hang up.

Your callers do not maintain this site or this web page. Your callers cannot magically determine which numbers should not be called based on anonymous comments. You cannot expect compliance with your orders until, if possible, you deliver them *directly* to your caller.

Granted, the call abandonment is an irritant, but the caller's purpose is not clear from this and a related thread. The few useful reports are not at all consistent. Therefore, we don't know that the caller is violating the Telemarketing Sales Rule, the law which powers the DNCR.

These MF'ers have been calling every 3 hours, day and night. I pick up the phone and no one there.  I redial them and always busy.

Called me last night.

I keep getting unwanted calls from Audible Tech 813-517-0047 (on my caller ID) at all hours of the day and night.  Frequently at night when it interrupts the sleep of our whole family.  We are on the DO NOT CALL LIST and this should be stopped.

Called, asked for me by name, would not disclose his business!?!  I was quite strong which him and I think I intimidated him to hang up.

some one from this number keeps call me wont leave and message or say anything if called picked up when you try to call the number back it is always busy     they call all hours of the day and night  I just want to know how to stop the calls

Called about 12:05 PM, did not recognize the number, so I just let my fax machine whissle in the eart of the caller.  Hope it hurt.

Called @ 6:00 a.m. No response after I said hello.
