called my cell and left no message.  same phone number on other sites is noted as solicitation for adult education.  Since they are apparently giving different "cover stories" at different times would bet they are scammers.  Blocked them.

Called at 9:16 am to try and give me a a free energy survey and "two free dinners at a restaurant". Promptly hung up on me when I told him politely, thanks for calling, but I'm not interested. Scammer!
