this person also contacted me with the same crap..will send a certified check and then someone to pick up...qint falling for that junk..these chacks will actually clear the bank at the time you cash it and then they come back no good and you are stuck...NOT ME!!!!!NO SCAMS....It's ashame you can't put something for sale on Craigslist without a bunch of crooks trying to mess you up!!!

This number contact me , on craiglist they were going to buy something from me and I did some research and found this post . This person was going to buy something from me for 1'200 with out even contacting me on phone was a little concerned why ..till I found this forum Person also wanted my address yeah way creepy and shady . I mean why not call and ask many questions if about to purchase something from any person .. Weird

Thanks for posting about this! I thought something sounded kind of weird about this person's text so I Googled it. Wow - really glad I did this! I was suspicious that the person wanted my full name AND my address - kind of creepy. Not the way people usually contact me off Craigslist.

Same here! Trying to text me about my items for sale. I didn't respond because I received a similar text last night from 646-470-5610 wanting to purchase my item and of course he wanted to send a shipping company to pick it up. It's a scam so don't fall for it!!

got a call from this number trying to buy something from me off craigslist. Item was $500, he sent me a check for $1900. Wants me to cash the check and then his shippers will come pick up the money once i cash it. It doesnt cost $1400 to ship a breaker. SCAM SCAM SCAM BEWARE OF THIS
