called to settle a 20 debt. i told them i would pay but not over the phone. i asked for a paper bill and they hung up on me. sounds bogus to me. there are a few reports of illegal debt collection in FL, and i think this is one of them.

I called the number back on my cell and got a message from "Diversified Consultants". They are a debt collector based out of Jacksonville, FL, but the phone numbers they use come from Tampa.
