A robo call about back taxes and promoting an Obama administration program alleged to help people in arrears.When I called back, got an anonymous female voice encouraging me to leave name and number. I sudpect a scam involving a loan company that wants to get in the middle to slurp off any cash difference betwrrn what you owe the govt and what settlement they can arrange...
