they keep calling my phone and asking for another person i tell them they have the wrong number and they do not believe me, they just keep calling back. so today the one that called me told me that i was them and they will be sending a warrant for my arrest. i got mad and said i will be turning them in for harassment and threatened me with a warrant. by the way to all of you i got one of the names because i called back 3 times just to get transferred to someone the  last time to a Chuck Wofson. i got hung up on 1 time and the other was someone that said i was this person they were looking for and laughed at me when he said again that he will send my warrant . lol it wont be me surprise to them

they call all the time for YEARS looking for and threating a Martin Zambo. Some leave VM, I never answer, never call. WIsh someone would stop them!!!

I called the company and tracked my loan. This is FRAUD people.  1. Ask them who you owe. 2. Call them to verify the debt. Then see what company owns your debt and let them know that some company is out there using scare tactics and felony arrest threats to get you to pay. So sad....

They just called me as well. Justified Mitigation Services. A woman called claiming she doesn't know what is going on and needs to send me to her supervisor. She transferred me to a Chuck Wolfson who stated I owed money for a payday loan and that I would be charged with a felony and arrested. What a joke. I just called the payday loan company and yes I do owe them. However it is illegal to call a debtor with nonsense and threats asking for money today. Know your rights people. These people are going down asap. Also Mr. Wolfson said another number for them is 813-600-4057

Mary Hambry and Joe Knox Said they were calling because they were calling because charges were filed against me in my state which is nowhere near FL. They requested funds paid within an hour or they would send a warrant for my arrest. They wanted funds wired to there bank account but would kot give me any supporting documentation. They also refused to send me and corroborating documentation either via fax on letter head or mail.  I also contacted my local government offices and they said it was a scam.  I have no warrants in any state or charges filed against me at this time.

A family member receive this call for me.  A lady called by the name of Mary Hanbe at 813-699-3839 about a important collection matter.  She stated that warrants certified letters have been sent.  No one answers the phone when you call back, just voice mail.

It's possible but illegal.  Debt is a civl, not criminal mater.  Learn your rights under the FDCPA to see just what collectors are allowed to do and what they are not.

Yeah they are a collection company....They threaten yo with a felony warrant...what a joke!!!
