I just received a Voicemail from a male ( cannot act on the accent); he was speaking really fast and wanted me to call back as soon as possible at 813-756-4724 or 888-481-1547. It was urgent, it was regarding January 14, 2012. So I called back and a male name Joseph Gardner answered and ask for my file and case number. Didn't have one. Once I stated that I didn't have one. He immediately knew my name, birthdate, and social security. He told me he is from the California District Attorney office. I asked which one? He couldn't answer me. So I asked what is this regards to. United Cash Advance on January 14, 2012. I told him I never took a loan out. He got upset and told me to shut up. So I told him for you to be a District Attorney you do not tell a client to shut up. Lol. He got mad and stated that they will have NCIS and FBI involve if I don't pay this loan back. I stated how much was the loan he stated $510.00. I said okay how much was given to me on January 14, 2012 he told me $600.00... I basically told him he was full of it because that doesn't sound right. Better Luck next time. He stated he called my old job. I told him that is impossible because they don't receive collect phone calls. So he started cussing at me and hung up. I have contact the FBI, and my old job in regards of this matter.

i have been getting calls from this number as well as others.. threating that i owe money with a company i never heard of, once i confronted them they have became vulger( saying to shut up in put his d*ck n my mouth,.... wtf.... and since i said i am reporting the have called my 20 times in passed 30 mins... they r a scam. they actually got 500.00 out of my friends fiance.. with the same crap

Same thing happened to me just moments ago - same foreign number and actually said if I valued my life and my children's I would call them back.

I took one payday loan and was past due paying it. I have since settled it and have it writing that my payment was made and my account paid in full. Now I have these idiots calling me trying to get me to believe that they will "blacklist my social security number in several states"---hahaha! If they only knew how stupid they sounded. Anyway, I contacted the payday loan place that these guys said they were calling about (they called the references that I put down--that's how I know it was about the payday loan) and they said to ignore these guys and that it is a complete scam.

This company got me for $683. I thought it was legit. I am furious!!! Now they are calling saying I owe them even more money. I want to know is there a way for me to get my money back. I am looking into it. I cannot believe I fell for it. What was I thinking???

heavy India accent man keeps calling my job, my home about SS# and fraud and that if i do not call them back they will have someone come and arrest me from my place of business. they call every day and not all hours of the night.

Same thing happened to me, guy with a heavy India accent - called my job . . . asking for me (could not say my name) making threats saying there was a serious claim against my social security number to call... I called and told them that I was the office manager for a law office and there was no Sarah that has ever worked here and not to call again!  He said he will remove my number from the data base.

same indian bastard is calling me.  He obviously got this from a cash advance place because he's calling my references and leaving detailed messages of my personal info, which is wrong.  I don't owe anybody.  I am going to call and file a complaint w/ the atty gen too.

i have received a phone call from these ppl stating i owe money to a cash advanced place and he was cursing at me and just being really rude. i contacted the number to the place they stated i owed and they told me that it was a scam and they are trying to sue them now. Got a call from this number on my cell. The accent was so heavy I couldn't understand the name of the person calling me. They wanted me to verify the last 4 digits of my SSN. I wouldn't give it to him. I hung up. They called back 4 times in 5 minutes. I refused to talk to them. They left a voice mail. I'm not calling these guys back. I will however contact the Attorney General's office in Florida (813 is a FL area code) and in PA to file a complaint.

My mother received a phone call from this number. A man with a thick East Indian accent stated that he was trying to get in touch with me.  He couldn't pronounce my first name, but did say my last name.  He said that he was with what she thought was Cash Finance Co. She could hardly understand him, but he gave her this phone number, (8130 756-4724 to call.  He said that if I didn't pay or get in touch with him then I would "get in trouble" and he was trying to help me from getting in trouble.  His accent is so thick that it is hard to understand what he is saying.

Yes i just received another one of these calls and they were saying the same thing something about my ssn and fraud , i told them it was a scam he called my phone like 20 times and left vulgar messages about what he will do with his private area and i went to my attorney general site for pa and filed a complaint, this here is ridicules

Guy with a heavy India type accent telling me that there is an affidavid against my SS# and it will go to court.  I looked on line a lot of people are getting these calls from someone saying they owe money and they don't and these people are making threats.

Same man keeps calling my # too with the same crap.  Very nasty and today he is using the name Alex Alexander.  Couldn't give complete details about the matter but just saying something about my SSN and something about an affidavit.  They did this to me about a year ago and I just ignored them, now they started the same crap again.

Called again - saw international number of 052497347 and call back number is 8137564724 - I have reported this once with the FBI - will do it again.

These india speaking jerks have been calling me off and on for months saying they have a judgement against me, but wont't say exactly what it is. They call me repeatly at work, and I never answer my cell when it says "unknown".They want me to talk to their "supervisor". They say will come and arrest me. They use fowl language. Is there not some way to stop these "jerks".

I am getting the same Indian man telling me that I owe a payday loan, which I have never had. He knows my full name, ss #, and even my bank account routing number. This is crazy and I would like to find a way to stop them from harrassing and intimidating people. The caller ID shows a 052-497-347 like that is a real number? Then when I have told them repeatly to call my attorney they continue to call me and have never called him.

Some man keeps calling, with a very heavy accent - sounds like Indian, and states that I owe money to a financial institution, and that I should call back.  He also threathens legal ramifications for me and a friend of mine, who I put down as a reference, stating that we will both be going to court.  I can't hardly understand what he's saying.  When I do call back, the line is constantly busy.  The call back number he left me was 813-756-4724, and his name is Neil Parker.

I just received a call from this number telling me that there was a discrepency against my social security number. The person that called me was a so call ryan peters telling me it was important for me to return the call. I returned the call and someone else answered but in the background i can hear the sa call Ryan Peters making another scamming call.

This guy with indian accent called me and left a voicemail stating that owed Cash advance USA money for payloan I took out in March 2010.I never took any payday loans these people need to be thrown in jail this nonsense.

Got a call a few days ago saying a lawsuit has been put towards my ssn...ignored since I never received any money.  Went to work today and got a message from my manager and it said to call Jon Smith.  Called the number the guy had a heavy indian accent, saying Money has been put into my account and I need to pay $500 now.  Told him to give me my money borrowed and Ill pay it back, but until I get the money I "Borrowed" I wont be paying anything. The guy became upset and hung up lol.  So I called back laughing cause the same guy answered the phone, so I asked him why he hung up.  He just kept saying are you goin to pay the money, yes or no.  I told him no and if he is goin to sue me I'll see him in court.  Havnt heard anything from him since, but its only been 10 hours.  Scary thing tho is that he has my ssn and everything.  Def going to put a block on my ssn.  But is there any way to stop these guys????

These guys call my house at at 3am saying they are police officers and need us to verify if I live there!

But as far as cash advance, I need to know if I can take legal actions for having a "secure" site and now my information has been compromised. If anyone can help that will be great.

these same ass's have called me repetedly as well. indian accent, two diffrent callers, male and female. females name is angie jones. they threaten to come to my door door with police, notify my place of employment. oh and by the way (today is 10/25/10) you have a court date scedualed for 10/27/10 and your lawyer needs to contact us  imediatly to talk about 'out of court settlement.'

I am so fed up with these annoying a** people. They call back to back for sometimes 15 to 20 minutes... Always claiming that I have a affadavit on my SSN for an outstanding loan which is bogus.  They are nasty, unprofessional, and a bunch of scammers trying to get money from people...It is rediculous
