keeps calling but no one answers.  Time to STOP.

since according to a couple of people that called back the #, it belongs to  Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc.

If every time you get this call you call 845-352-6000 and complain to the company below they might just put pressure on Verizon and other phone service providers to make sure that they secure their networks so their #s cannot be spoofed. You could also call verizon and complain directly about their phone been used for harassment because they are not protecting phones from being spoofed.

It took him a while to say hello even though he called us. he said something along the lines of callin from Orange & Rockland which is a oil/electricity company in our area. We asked again who this is again because we didnt get a name so he huffed and said its this guy and then hung up. hahah what a loser.

813-777-5960 is "Spoof Caller ID Number" the Verizon actual cell number Is no longer in use. Unfortunately, the scammers contacted a secure witness protection location where all incoming calls are instantly traced to their physical location. The boys over at the agency will be knocking down their doors shortly.

i said hello..waited for a hello back...heard alot of noise in background..she finally said are you in charge of the orange and rockland bill i said....  No...and its polite to say hello back when you are calling someone and not have them wait..then i said good bye and hung up.....next time i am going to say its DONE AND THE BLOOD IS ALL CLEANED UP

All spoofed numbers begin with 186. As:186 then the area code.then the number. 186 (XXX) XXX-XXXX. Imagine my surprise when my own number called me. That's how I learned about the 186 meaning it's a spoofed. Oh. per the FCC. Go to their website. Follow the prompts to file a complaint and start an investigating.

Called 4 times today (once really super early) and just silence.....arghhh...very frustrating!!!

Caller id shows "cell phone   Fl"  813-777-5960 - my guess is that they call to make sure it's a "live" number so they can sell call lists to everyone under the sun.  Second time today they called and hung up when I answered the call.

Working from home today and have received 2 calls on my 212 so far.  Checked caller ID and see they also called on 2/6 and 2/8.  Called back, but get a message saying it is a changed/disconnected Verizon Wireless number.

I've gotten several calls from this number, mostly dead air. On one of them a woman asked to speak with "the person who handles the house's electricity". When I told her that's a good way to get shocked, she hung up.

Just called again, but blocked by our phone.

Caller stated they were from "Plymouth Energy"  Female caller was high/intoxicated.  Called number back it was diconeected.  Obviously a spoofed call.  File a complaint here, http://www.fcc.gov/complaints

Note to people who try to call numbers that do not leave a message. There are cases where what looks like a normal US number connects to a foreign country. You can be charged a siginificant amount for making calls to these numbers. Dial at your risk.....

Keep getting calls from this number, no messages and when you call back, it's been disconnected. STOP CALLING!

I got a call also, dont know anyone in florida

Florida call received 1/27/14 at 11:23 a.m.  Hangup after three rings.  My voice mail is set to five rings.

This call is very annoying. They do not leave any message. Early in the morning they called jan 2014.

Might be a spoofed number. Another site claims it belongs/belonged to a private number in Plant City, FL.

Didn't leave a message. This number also came up under a Privacy Star heading. Getting really annoyed with Privacy Star as I am not sure if they are protecting the person who made the call because they sure aren't protecting me. And if this is how Privacy Star advertises - I am not impressed. It is a app for Android phones.

This # has called me twice and hung up. To call the # back it says it's a Verizon wireless # that's been disconnected
