I also get the same disconnected letter, even when dialing back immediately after having been called.

I don't think this is an official AAA call, I think it is phone spam, and I have reported it as such to AAA.

I didn't pick up but I had a dead battery a few days ago and used AAA so that sounds probable.  When I called back I got a message saying the number was disconnected.

They keep on calling me and i do answer the phone call, but all I get is a recorded message or blank air.  I am going to send them a nasty letter and remind them not to harass me any longer ans use up my cell time.  I had to use my AAA card once foe a rode-side emergency and all I got was twenty-five minus of recording on how I could ave money with my prescriptions and car batteries.  I needed  a tow truck, not commercials.

Yes -it was a AAA customer survey done by a computer -took less than four minutes to complete. :-)
