called me and do not say who they are and refused to speak tomein this matter considering they supposedly spoke to me in Feburary

I don't know about these butt heads. I'm not sure who answers, unavailable, unknown caller on their answering ID. It's bad enough that when I call the phone company, cable company or any other company I get a computer that I have to talk to. I'll be damn if I'm going to answer a computer calling me. I wonder why the unemployment is so high?
