Have you ever heard of people getting their identy stolen and having bills that are in their name that they did not do. Guess what it happened to me and it took me a long time to prove that I was not the person who made charges that I was accused of doing. I had charges at Auto Trader that I did not do; when I showed them information that was not matching what they had by, zip code different etc; they had an old address that I di not live at for the last 6 years  they refunded me all of the money that they say I ran up to a tune of $500.00; all od the mail that they were sending was going there. I would never spend money for something that I can do my self for free. So when people get calls or documents in the mail that they owe money to someone does not mean that it is theirs....

Here are the 4 main people responsible for running this major scam operation:

Dwayne Baidy
Shanaya Davis
John Davis
Julius Golden

It's also important to mention that "Jeff Green" is the name of the person who contacted me by phone. I do not know if that is a real person, but I believe it's one of the people listed above using a fake name.

I was able to find out detailed information about both Dwayne Baidy who appears to be the main person running the show. Dwayne registered the domain name "legalmediationsfirm.com" with the following information:

Dwayne Baidy
1444 Cesery Blvd
Jacksonville, FL 32211
Phone: +1.9043798734
Email: fieldcreditinc@gmail.com

However, the information listed above is their official business information. Here is a short biography and the contact information for Dwayne Baidy:

Dwayne Baidy actually lives at 837 Aries Rd W in Jacksonville, FL with the phone number 413-732-3336 - you can feel free to call him and complain about his unethical business practices. He graduated in the Class of 1988 at Springfield Central High and then attended the University of Memphis. He was born in Springfield, Massachusetts. You can view his FaceBook page here: https://www.facebook.com/dbaidy - let's all make sure his friends and family know what he's been up to.

I was also able to track down the contact information for Julius Golden to these addresses:
11667 Jerry Adams Ct, Jacksonville, FL 32218-2960
2766 King Cole Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32209-2829

IF YOU ARE CONTACTED BY ANY OF THE COMPANIES OR PEOPLE LISTED ABOVE, DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY!

Please get in touch with the following agencies and point them in the direction of this post if you've been contacted by them:

Jacksonville Sheriff's Office - 904-630-0500 or JSOCrimeTips@jaxsheriff.org
Federal Trade Commission - https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/
Florida Attorney General - http://myfloridalegal.com/contact.nsf/contact?Open&Section=Citizen_Services

Also, don't forget to contact the Attorney General in your state as well as your local police department. IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU OWE A DEBT OR NOT. This company is clearly a scam and most likely does not have the right to collect your debt. They've most likely obtained the list they are calling illegally since I know for a fact that I owe absolutely no debts.

You can read more about the debt collection laws here: http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0149-debt-collection

If anyone is interested in purusing a class action lawsuit against these individuals, I would be more than happy to provide the money needed to make it happen. I can be contacted at the following email address: (((email redacted)))

NOTE TO THE SCAMMERS:  At some point in time, I'm sure the individuals listed above will come across this post.  When you do, I want you to realize that continusing to call people and trying to collect false debts will result in more posts like this being made by me.  I found the information above within about an hour - imagine what could be found if I got bored and spent all week researching you.

You are making quite an assumption that she didn't pay her bills. I have received calls from collectors who state they worked for an attorneys office. They had all of my information and threatened me with felony fraud if I didn't pay them $1500 right then. They stated it was from a payday loan which I knew I never had. So, don't be so judgmental about people. There are just mean people out there who try to scare you into paying them. I just wont be bullied but its a stressful and time consuming situation to deal with.

Received a call from this number.  Message left: My name is Chastity Locklear with the offices of Goldsteins and Associates. Please be advised I do need to speak to you or legal representation such as an attorney out of the  the state of Mahoning County jurisdiction. My number is 813-991-1444 ext 7016.  I thought this message was odd, especially stating I need to speak to you or legal representation such as an attorney.  I did several reverse number searches and found that this company is a scam.  Do not give any information if they call you.

It is not illegal unless you are on a no call list, and THAT only applies to solicitors, not debt collectors.  In the event that someone doesn't pay a debt, and refuses to respond to requests via phone and mail, the creditor does a "skip trace" and finds out who you are related to and who you communicate with.  It's all public records and they have to pay for it, but that part is legal.  HOWEVER if they call a friend or relative of the person who owes the debt, and that person tells them not to call or write anymore, THEN it becomes illegal for them to do so.  p.s. there's a difference between "there" and "their".

CONSUMER INFO
Important information you should know when dealing with debt collectors and junk debts.

NEVER give a debt collector your banking information. They could take much more than you authorize, or even empty your account, then state that you gave them permission. It will end up being your word against there?s.

NEVER give a debt collector your credit/debit card information as the same holds true they could charge or take more than authorized, then state you gave them permission.

NEVER send a debt collector money via Western Union, Wal-Mart or any other source unless you have a letter from them, on their letterhead showing their name address, the account, the creditor and sign by management stating it represents payment in full or payment on your account. If not, they can later claim you did not pay, or missed an agreed upon time other common debt collector lies.

NEVER do anything based only on a phone call. Any legitimate collector should be willing to put agreements in writing BEFORE a payment is made. There are many legitimate collectors who act in an ethical and professional manner. Those who do not are usually the scammers out to take your money, with threats, extortion and lies.

NEVER Send money to a junk debt collector on a payday loan based on their claim that you committed a crime, or are about to be served a lawsuit. Payday loan collectors are the worst liars, con artists and extortionists in the industry. They cannot take legal actions, have no authority, which is why the resort to such drastic measures to scare you.

RECORD conversations with collectors (where legal) so they can be held accountable if they break the law.

BEWARE Paying a collector will NOT get anything removed from your credit report. Debt collectors do not have that ability and their lies about disputing it with credit bureaus after you pay them is not true, they are liars trying to take your money, most will say almost anything.

COLLECTION ATTORNEYS who collect debts make a large profit in almost every case when a lawsuit is filed and you do nothing about. You lose by default, they get legal fees, costs and commissions that average at least 25% of what they collect. That judgment allows them to empty your bank account at any time, garnish your wages, levy against your home and personal property, where allowed.

CONSUMER ATTORNEYS defend against these junk debt and bottom feeder suits, normally for a small percentage of what you will end up paying on a judgment.. The reason most are successful in getting junk debt cases dismissed is because the documents they use almost always contain hearsay, or lack credibility. In addition, once dismissed, the debt dies with the suit, no judgment in your credit files, no worries about having wages garnished or bank accounts seized.
We know some of the best consumer law professionals in America who can talk to you about your options if sued by a junk debt attorney. Let us know where you live, who filed the suit and we?ll try and refer you to someone close by.

CONSUMER LAW
Public Law 95-109, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), enacted by Congress to protect consumers from abusive and deceptive debt collection practices.
THE FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT MAKES IT ILLEGAL FOR COLLECTORS TO:
Imply that failure to pay the debt could result in arrest, imprisonment, or garnishment of wages
Call consumers at work when they know the consumers' employers prohibited such calls
Talk with third parties, including neighbors, children, and employers, for purposes other than acquiring location information about consumers, without consumers' consent
Cause the telephone to ring, or engage a person in telephone conversations, repeatedly or continuously, with the intent to annoy, abuse, or harass a consumer
Threaten to take action -- such as filing a lawsuit -- when they did not intend to do so
Call consumers at times or places that they knew or should have known were inconvenient
Fail to notify consumers of their right to dispute and obtain verification of their debts, and to obtain the name of the original creditor
Continue to try to collect debts after consumers disputed them in writing, and before verifying the debts
Use obscene or profane language

Credit Report Problems?
Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, you do have rights. Consumers need not suffer credit-reporting errors. Mistakes on your credit report can end. Beware of ?credit repair? firms that claim they can restore your credit with a secret method or form. We are associated with a talented group of consumer law professionals who deal with protecting your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). They go after Experian, Trans Union and Equifax under the law to protect your rights. If  you had your identity stolen and they will not clear up the mess, have someone else?s information in your files, or are frustrated in their ignoring your repeated requests for assistance, then consider bringing a specialist in to assist you. Many times, depending on the circumstances, an attorney who goes after credit bureaus for violations is able to collect his fees from them, thereby saving you legal fees.
These attorneys are some of the best in the industry, experienced and professional in FCRA matters.

BULL....I have seen your posts before and for an attorney you don't spell very well. This company is a scam and so are you. I called the Federal Trade Commission and they put a stop to all of this for me. I refuse to let them harass me. They are frauds. They are a collection agency only. No lawyers. You are also a fraud. I looked your name up as well and found one similar and I contacted them only to have them tell me that someone is using their name. Hmmmmmm!!!!!!! You probably work for Goldstein and Associates. I personally do not see lawyers on these boards and writing anything. They have too much to do with the way society is today. If  you are impersonating an attorney, you could be fined. I guess I will have to contact The Bar Association and see if you are real. Which I already know you are not. Also lawyers are much brighter than you. Read your post. You need to go back to grade school to relearn grammar, spelling, capitalization, etc.Reply
