I have had the same issue with these people.  I was told that they are with Cash Advance USA (which I never have received).  I am still keeping up with the different numbers they are using.  Right now they are using the name Michael Smith and the other phone number is 567-248-9216.

I get these calls at work for one of my colleagues.  Being prior law enforcement, I actually look forward to getting the calls.  I act all sincere and take down what limited information that they will give, then start asking them for case file #'s, reference #'s, general synopsis of the case, etc.  In this case it was from 814-334-1013 and he said he was with Pacific Consulting Services.  A quick google search while stringing him along, showed that he was in the Pennslyvania area while the company looks to be based out of California.  I can hear in their voice that they are getting aggravated with me because I keep asking them to repeat themselves due to the foreign accent that they have.  Then I ask them exactly how this scam is supposed to work.  Do I send them money, or do I have to give them my bank information, by this time they are starting to yell at me about needing to speak with my colleague or that a lawsuit will be filed against my company, me, my co-worker, etc.  So I calmly ask them again how am I supposed to do anything in reference to the scam if they cannot give me a case #, file #, etc.  this goes on for several minutes before they throw a few vulgarities out at me then hang up.  Of course my co-worker has already told me that he does not owe anyone and that he has already filed multiple reports in reference to the calls and has given full clearance to have fun with them.  My employer sits in with me when I do this and we get a big chuckle out of it.

They usually will stop for a few months after that.  Not saying everyone can / should do it, but it is fun for me to calmly ask them how the scam works and to hear them get all flustered for once.

this is definitely a scam I too have been getting calls my work has answered the phone and our security people have talked to them they are giving a name of Schott Gibson 8143341013 keeps calling even threatned to slit a girls throat if she did not put me on the phone has a india accent.

I have received numerous calls from a masked number. It shows up as "1" or "RESTRICTED" on my Caller ID. I have my cell phone on silent, so I don't answer the calls. They called at least 25 times in the past few days, which makes this harassment. They left one voice mail message stating their name was Adam Smith. HEAVY Middle Eastern accent. Said they were with PCS Law Firm, did not state where said law firm is located. Said they received a lawsuit complaint against my name and Social Security number, and that I needed to call them back at a 814-334-1013 to have it resolved before they download the lawsuit information into the court system.

I find this funny that a law firm would receive a lawsuit complaint, and that they would be downloading the lawsuit information into a court's computer system. The guy on the message sounded like he was laughing the entire time, and there was a LOT of background noise, sounded almost like a party. I did nothing to warrant these harassing phone calls. I've already received one from another Middle Eastern loser with a generic American name claim he was from the North Carolina FBI, and that he was sending the police to arrest me at an address I've never had in Illinois. I asked to speak to his supervisor, and he put me on hold, then came back and said "North Carolina Police Station, what's your problem?" I hung up on him.

I have received a lot of calls like this and with different names. How do we file a complaint?

Said his name was John Wilson with a India voice. Very hard to understand says he is with PCS.

I got two calls from this number. Same as everyone else, caller Id 0000
They left their number and said have him call  us back immediately.
I called them back and asked them who they were calling for. They said, sorry, wrong number. So I googled and got this page. Heavy accent, but no reason for the call.

      I've been having the same problem which starter last week. They started calling me saying that there was an uncollected debt that i havn't paid. The thing is that I never got a loan from anywhere and they are telling me that they deposite into my account and that i took it out right away. I checked my back statements and it dosent show me any deposites from a loan market or anything. When i called back and left a message i asked the guy for more information about where the loan is from, when they deposite it into my accout. I was at work when he called back like at 8 a.m. He seem bothered like if i didnt know the situation. What do you think i should do about it? Ignor it and changed my bank account? Should i be worried about this?

I started getting these phone calls for a week now. It started on my cell phone the incoming  number is a 0000 and they call about 10times at a time  its very frustrating     This people from the other side of the world are trying very hard to scamm us!!!!!!!!!! Please report it to  your local police.. This Daniel guy has called my job about 15 times today with in an hour and he was very rude to my coworker. They claim that they are from this "PCS" company and at threading me with a law suit.   The scamers have a very VERY VERY heavy accent like  an Indian? Or  Afganistanian? And are identifying them selfs as Daniel, Mr. Foster, or Sean and they are telling me that I owe them money and if I don't pay them they will submit a law suit and that if I need a lawyer I should contact one of theirs by the name of DEXTER CRUZ at there Los Angeles office           THESE GUYS FROM INDIA OR AFGANISTANIAN OR WHERE EVER THE HELL THISE PEOPLE ARE FROM WITH THE WORST HEAVEY ACCENT ARE CRAZY AND SHOULD BE PUNISHED    FOR DOING THIS TO PEOPLE LIKE ALL OF US SPECIALLY  WHEN THEY CALL OUR JOBS AND OUR  JOBS ARE ON THE LINE BECAUSE THE COMPANY IS VERY ARRIVATED BECAUSE OF THE HARRASMENT CALLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I started getting these calls today, it started at 8:24 am PST and they call 10 times back to back to back , then stop for 10 mins and then start up again. The number shows up as 0000 which looked very suspicous to me. Finally after the 4th round of calls, they left a voice message. I think the name was Victor, couldn't really understand because of the heavy Indian accent. I had to listen to the message 3 times to understand the phone number which is 814-334-1013 and I believe he said the company is PCS. he also threatened me saying legal action has been taken against my SS#. I checked my credit report and there is nothing from PCS on there so I know this is bs. It's a scam and do not send them any money.

I'm getting these calls too, same Pakistani voice but claiming different names.  Shawn Miller, Scott Gibson.  Accent is so thick I barely understand the SOB.  They've called my work too.

I have gotten 2 of these calls today and both of them left threatening messages on my answering machine! The first one was from Sean/Shawn Foster with a strong Indian accent that was very hard to understand calling from 814-334-1013 - I think he said he was with PCS. The message said something about my SS# being involved in something and if did not contact them right away, they would be taking legal action against me at the courthouse. Of course I did not call back but immediately did a search for the number online and found this page, which is what I always do. So it is really important for people to post on sites like this when it happens to them to hopefully save others from getting involved. Some of these are just petty criminals making these calls and others are run by dangerous criminal organizations and since you don't know which is which, it is best to just report it and not contact them.

But you didn't tell us if you enjoy working for them....

LOL, that is the funniest thing I have ever heard.  I can tell even by just reading what you said, that it is coming out in an indian accent.

Same guy just left a voice mail on my cell phone yesterday evening. Even said his name was "Brandon." As far as I know I don't think anyone with that heavy of a Middle Eastern accent would be call Brandon. Its laughable. I got calls like this about this time last year too. I think it's income tax time so they think you will have the money and be intimidated enough to actually pay them. After tax time last year I didn't hear from them again until April 2. See the pattern?

And the same voice will also call you back with several different names each time. Last year my daughter answered one of the calls and told the guy I was dead and she was Justin Bieber...lol

I have gotten the same calls; and someone from a company calling themselves PCS. This is bull crap! I've never, ever done a payday loan on internet or phone. Your just here to try to help get people to believe this s*** is real. IT'S NOT!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM

I received a call from an "Unknown" caller at approximately 8 a.m. The man's voice had an accent and he said his name was William Brown from a law firm.  His message went on to state that he had a lawsuit with my name and SS# on it and that he needed me to call him...if not they would proceed to contact my employer and references.  I have been receiving this type of phone call from it seems like the same person using a different name and phone number.  I had put a block on the phone calls but now it is coming through my phone as "unknown".

I know the feeling I have had my boss tell these people that I no longer work for the company they have called my poor mother all kinda of names and told them they will have her thrown in jail its time to change my number change your bank accounts too they got into mine and cleared it out thank god I noticed right away and was able to get most of my money back

Received the same call again on my business phone.  He is a scammer and has been calling me periodically for over a year.  I ignore their threats; they are scammers who are calling outside the USA.  They are criminals and should be prosecuted and sentenced to prison for their actions.  They have stolen our identity and are threatening the US citizens.  Please do not respond and I have notified the FTC, FBI and the Credit Bureau.

this number has been calling out company for over a week, i tell them this person is not here they hang up and call right back 30 times, and its crazy.... if it don't stop will have this number traced
