the number 814-348-2004 called me 14 times yesterday in 2 minutes saying i owed them 310.00 for a payday loan i never took out so these people need to be stopped

These people are calling me like crazy.  this woman with a huge indian accent called me like 20 times in less than an hour.    
I had to turned off my phone.    how can you report them???

They have been calling me for about a month I finally called my local Police Department and filed a complaint.  I then called the company to inform them what I had done and threatened to sue them if the phone calls did not stop.  Its a scam.

I just had 3 calls from this same number. I finally answered on the fourth call. When I did he asked for someone that wasn't me and when I said I wasn't that person, they called me a liar. I knew it was a scam. I would ask questions and they would hit the mute button for a few minutes and then finally ask another question or say "liar" again. I was on this website before the call could end, and I asked  to speak to a supervisor. They just kept repeatedly asking me if I was this other person. When I wouldn't stop asking questions, he said "Why are you questioning me when there is a  lawsuit against you?"  I informed him that I would let the police serve me with papers on it and deal with him then, and hung up. They called me directly back and I asked " Mike" again for his supervisor. He gave me someone different name. As I am typing this, he just called me again with a different name... John something or other. I asked him to mail the paperwork, so that my attorney could go over it. And they are calling again. Is there any way to stop this?

someone called my job today from this number i didnt give them a chance to tell me anything i just said the person you are asking for does not work here believe me its a scam i have mixed up with a lot of them i even had to get a lawyer try to get their address

I received the same calls several times everyday, they also show the arounding number 4157966278.  he said he as a file in court I am being sue for payday loan, officer is coming to arrest.

I got calls from this number and never answered them several months ago....today it has started again. :) Very amusing messages.... I just keep laughing and ignoring because I KNOW I am not behind on any of my bills and this is a scam.

They called, I answered there was no reply.  I called the number back and the line just rang busy.

I did that the first time they tried this with me, and he did leave me alone for about 3 months, however they started back up with me, just as a heads up.

I haven't answered and they never leave a message .. I called the number back they pick up but are completely silent .. This is bulls?#t!!

I received a call at 10:09 am PDT today from an "attorney" at a "law firm" telling me I had a lawsuit against my name and social security number.  When I asked him who was suing me, he answered by saying that he could send me a notice and subpoena and serve it via the sheriffs dept at my place of business.  I told him to go ahead.  He repeated the last statement in a semi-threatening manner.  I told him I understood and that he should go ahead and do so.  He hung up.

I could hear a lot of voices in the background, sounding like a telemarketing center.  The caller had a heavy east Indian accent.

This person and I am putting it mildly called before 8am 2 times in a row.  stated that I needed to call back immediatly or have my lawyer call.  Very threatening and rude.  This is a scam.  Do not give out any information.  Even if you do owe them money which I do not they can not treat you like that,  I never will answer the phone again when they call.

I am very furious at the people who called me from this number. They said I am being sued for a non payment of a loan I took out which i never took out. They said i will have to go to court. They had all my information. The man was rude and wouldnt help me answer questions I had for him.

Got the same call from this number. If anyone needs to know, if this is even legitimate (and it is not) you can not be placed under arrest for a consumer debt. All that can happen is that it is reported to the credit reporting agencies. Usually this is long before you recieve calls of this nature. Companies purchase these debts and sometimes they are so old they no longer are legitimate. That is why the caller will often ask for a name that hasnt had the number in years.

I cursed this guy so fast and hard he did not have time to speak and hung up. I even tried calling him back because i wasnt finished, and no answer. Maybe this will work for others.

Same story... today an Officer Samual Hernadez Badge ID # SM021290 out of Orange County Sheriffs Dept. in PA. When the call came in it said EMERGENCY in caller ID. The same as if I call 911. It scared the Hell out of me, cause my husband is out of town on business so I thought something happened to him.  Had me to call Steve Sebastian at this number 814-348-2004 "a law firm" and he said we owed him $551.00 for the pay day loan and $3500 in legal fees. Wanted my Credit card number.  I refused all his requests telling him I will investigate this first cause I have never had a payday loan and he said well I needed to get this cleared up before they sent the police to my home to pick up my husband.  I called my local police department and he confirmed that the badge id is a real id and that "sherrif's office" doesn't exsist.There is a police dept in orange county california. Every one I talked to had a strong Indian/or hispanic accent.  When I called Steve back, he momentarily had lost his accent and spoke clearly & when i confronted him, it came back.  I then informed him I have filed a police report and they are in orange county CA and the phone number is registered out of PA.  Anyway he freaked and hung up and has blocked my number now!

This number is calling my phone about 30 times an hour. I already let them know I knew it was a scam and that I was not falling for it and they still call my phone back to back and will not say anything when me or my husband answer the phone.

this guy will call you and say that your being sued, but as soon as you start asking questions he gets mad at you and hangs up. i want to know how i can report him to the police because hes a real a**hole

This number called me 11 times straight left no messages.

Got the same call from this guy who happens to be the same one calling people threatning them to be arrested the next day at work because of a unpaid bill or something. Just curse him out and hang up the phone and trust me he will never call you again. It worked for me.

Received a scam call from this number looking to collect money on a payday loan I never took.  They strong arm you saying the sent notices, they never did, and have filed charges against in in your local court.   The first time i got one of these calls it kind of got me worked up but once I figured it out... its a scam.  They want you to send money to them through Western Union or cards you can purchase through Walmart or KMart.  Best thing you can do is to keep them on the line as long as possible.  The longer they stay on the bigger thier phone bill will be and the less of a chance they can scam anyone else.  I played dumb and had me transfer them all over thier floor before they got tired and gave up on me.  I still call back.  I also called the related lawfirms to let them know they were being used in a public scam.
