I have been receiving the same calls all day long.  I hung up or didn't answer the first 5 times, then I got pissed and called them back demanding to know what they wanted and how they got my info, it's totally bogus.  Tell them you know it's a scam and don't call again, cuss, scream into the phone, whatever it takes.

Anytime you enter your personal information when appling for credit , payday loans or anything online, they can share your info with whomever wants it.  Most of the time there is a form you can sign to not disclose that info.  But sometimes it obviously slips through the cracks and these crazy people get our info and the game begins.

the phone call was actually from 814-348-2008?   Hmmm.  called to say I had 48 hrs. to retain their law firm, Roger Smith & Assocates) or the police would be at my door tomorrow morning to serve me lawsuit papers for an unpaid payday loan, which I have no idea what they are even talking about, I got a bogus # for the suppposed lender, who sounded just like the first person I talked to @ 631-898-1011.  Couldn't give me any info as the Manager was not there.  I got pretty irate as this was the 5th call today, I told them to stop harrassing me, that this was a scam.    The more aggressive I was on the phone the more he backed off, I just hope the calls stop.   This is rediculous, they need to get a real job!

Received several calls and messages from the above number.  Indian sounding voice left message for me to call immediately or she will not be responsible for the circumstances.  This is a severe legal matter.  She said I must call her back immediately.  Her name was Janet Hartman.  I had to replay the message several times as I could not understand her.

how do they get your numbers to begin with!

I keep getting calls from this number and messages are being left sort of threatening by Indian sounding voices telling me that this is a time sensitive matter.  I should call back or have my legal representative call back.  I tried to call back and no answer.  I am tired of this being done to me.  I am a wreck and am almost tempted to blow the phone up I am so angry.  First of all I can barely understand them they have such thick accents I have to listen to the message time and time again just to figure out what they are saying and to get the number straight.  Why don't they stay in their own country.

I got a call from a man saying that I owed money for a payday loan.  I never took out a payday loan yet they keep telling me that I could be in serious trouble.

These people got a hold to my job and told my boss of fraud that I committed...i was fired and unable to receive any unemployment assistance.  The gov.  Needs to do something quick..i dont want anyone to go thru what I am going thru...l black

I keep getting calls day after day several times a day on my mobile phone and at work. They said they were calling about a payday loan I received and didn't pay back. I don't have a bank account which you need for a payday loan and I have never received a loan. I am tired of being harassed every day. What can I do to make it stop?

I got a phone call at work w/them saying my social and a lawsuit but I called back and every time I would ask for info. they would hang up on me.  What do I do?

told them that i posess a very special set of skills that i have required in my line of work and that if they do not stop calling me.."i will find you and i will kill you". i also called back and said that if they did not vacate the building they occupied that a bomb was goin to go off in t minus 10 minutes.

I received my call from this number. He said his name was Chris Martin with a thick, Indian accent. Refused to tell me who was supposedly pressing charges against me. I'm sure if that was the case, I would have asubpeona. These people need to be stopped. I was receiving these calls from a different number (I think it was the same except it was 2009 instead), same thick accent only he said his name was Patrick Adams. Wished me good luck on what unfolds.

This person is using the same number but with a 9 at the end, my husband got on my phone and chewed him a new one and in 5 minutes or less they continued to call and hang up 5 times then left me a message in HIS language, very funny, but this is no joke, today I had to change all my bank info because somehow my password and username got changed on me, so I spent a bit of time on the phone with them getting it all changed.

He is a white man. I got him on the phone after calling him well over 100 times... I could here in the background the recording He uses to call people. The police will be coming to my house tomorrow hopefully they will skip trace him and have him in jail by tomorrow night.

nope not paying them but i'm going to keep their phone so busy they won't make any more calls if i have any thing to do with it.

I just got a call I didn't answer it but he left a messages saying I need to call them back ASAP. So I did but it just keeps hanging up on me. It's and Indian man that I can't even understand his telling if I don't call back everything will fall on me. I was just in shock cause I know I haven't done anything wrong so why would I need a attroney?? So i just went on google to see where this number is to and seen everybodys comments. These people are relentless one night they called over and over for an hour and it was driving me and my kids nuts.  I finally just turned the phone off....I am sick of people that think they can scare people into paying money that they never even owed by there tactics.  Please DON'T pay them any money they are worthless scammers!!!

I've received calls from them as well.  Yesterday I told them they have already been reported for fraud and that if they didn't stop calling I would add my name to the list of people reporting them.  The guy was screaming OH MY GOD while I was hanging up!!  IF they call again I have a new plan waiting for them!!  I'm going to record the converstation and have some fun with them...

814-348-2007. i have tried reporting it to the police and hope they will do something about it .

These people are con-artists. What you have to do if all else fails is register there number with medical insurance companies or car insurance so they can be contacted non-stop. TRUST ME ALREADY WORKING.

This is just a scam. They called my job like 4 times and have not succeeded in identifying me . Idiots think they can scam me a citizen of the USA. These are nothing but Indian speaking baboons, that harass and don't stop until they get money from you. Deny that you are this person. Don't let it frustrate you just deny.

Guy called my son's phone & told him he was a prime suspect in a case regarding money he had gotten in his bank account (that he didn't).  Guy was very threatening & did alot of posturing.  Phone number is registered with the Do Not Call list.  Brazen...

just received a phone call once on my cell phone and then my work number....he said his name was "archer" and that i had a law suit against me...so informed him i worked at the court house and that was news to me, i then asked him if i could know more about my law suit he then said i will let you talk to my supervisor and hung up the phone on me....then in return he calls me again but from this number 256-261-7792.......can we say con artist........

Number called me 8 times in a row in under 3 minutes, And just like what everyone else has posted that they were a lawyer calling about some bogus loan that needed to be collected. They asked for personal information and I asked for a letter in the mail. Told them if they were legit they would have my address on file. He started yelling at me. Yeah that's professional. I told them good luck on collecting and then hung up on them.

I got 3 VMs in a 10 minute period.. They told me I was going to arrested tomor due to I own $$ to some payday loan. When I was aking questions..they wouldn't answered me.. When I called the # back one one answered or they Hung UP on me.  When they called me back the 4th time and told me to pay or i'll be arrested.. I asked isn't a Payday loan for people that are employeed.. The gentleman said yes (also hard to understand) ..I said ok then u got the wrong person .. I have been unemp[loyeed for 6mo..then the guy hung up on me..These guys need a new life

Receiving the same call for the last 3 months now.  Same person, uses different names!  Same harrasing calls - have your name, number and social security number....3 fraud cases under your name.  You or attorney of record to call or you go to jail.  call before its too late can not help you.  Good luck!

I wish he would stop calling!  Is there anything we can do to stop these calls.  I already blocked the NY number he called from before...(same person...I kept the recordings) Heavy Indian accent with American names...
