Same thing, I get calls from this number CONTINUOUSLY. They call my cell phone number repeatedly, but I never get a chance to answer. I call back and the message says it is a non-working number as well. My guess is that it is some sort of scam.

This number called my work number and did not leave a message.  I returned the call and the message said it was a non-working number.   Appears to be extremely fishy.
