who called me

That sounds right..shortly after I asked for some insurance quotes I started getting calls from this number.
Hello...as you said dead air.

stop calling

this number has called my cell every hour on the :37 minute for the last 5 hours.  no message.

been receiving multiple calls from this number, all starting after filling out a form on health insurance. when i answer, the line is silent.

I received the call from the same number. Called 4 times in less then 10 minutes @ 8:30 am. It was US insurance in regards to a home insurance quote. Never heard of US Insurance so I told them not to call back.
Must have received my info from www.netquote.com that I used for home owners quotes. Do not use as this company was not on the list that I requested a quote from.

This guy called and asked for "Thomas". I told him he has wrong number. One minute later, an 800 number called my phone....same guy again asking for Thomas. He apologized and hung up.

This number called me at 8 AM (Mon). They said they are "calling I n response to the life insurance quote I requested online". I never requested anything or even searched life insurance. Sounds like a scam.

I filled out an online insurance quest. They called me twice yesterday. Once from an 847 number and then not 10 minutes later from this on. And NOW they called me here on a Sunday of all days.  Its illegal to call on Sunday for soliciting. I do believe according to what I read on the do not call list they can call from 8am to 9pm M-F.  I am reporting them!

Yes, it's an 'insurance' thing.  We got a call today in response to something my husband replied to online to try to get a new cell phone.  Just tell them to remove your number and not call back.

Calls and leaves no message.  Related to other recent calls about Health Insurance Coverage.  Scammers possibly. Reporting to DoNotCall site.

was receiving call every 2 minutes, did not know number, did not answer, finally did it was a lady addressing
me by my first name.  it was an insurance salesperson; i foolishly made a search on lower-my-bills about
cheaper car insurance, only at the very end did they state some one would contact me with 24 hours, i wanted
online info.  these calls began within 5 minutes of my online search.  watch out for lower-my-bill ads they only
are looking for phone contact info.  i told her i did not appreciate calls being made every 2 minutes forcing me to answer an unfamiliar caller id# and not to call back.  so far, she hasn't.

This guy keeps calling asked for my husband and when talking to him about car insurance asked for his hight and weight and called back again saying he was calling in response to health insurance quote never was on computer looking for quotes

the number called me as a response to an online request for a homeowners insurance quote.

I just recieved a call from this number, and asked for my fiance. When I said he wasn't available, and asked if I could take a message, they just hung up. I tried calling the number back too, and got dead air. What the heck and who the heck? if anyone knows, please fill me in..

Getting a phone call on my cell phone from this number, the guy asked for me by first name then hung up when I said this is. Now when I try to call back it rings once then dead air! Who the heck is this?
