Hey everyone, I got defrauded out of $300 by this guy (Brian Mulligan) for Baseball cards back in 2006.  I know the exact date because I kept the USPS Money Order receipt all these years.  It was on 05-15-2006.  I can't believe this guy is still out there doing this.  Doesn't anyone live near Tinley Park and can go pay this guy a friendly visit?  -  I hope they stop this guy soon...Already.

This low life got me for hundreds back in 2009 for UFC tickets that were fictitious.  Anyone really ever get paid back by this sad excuse of life?  And is there any criminal recourse if I still have documentation of the email string and PayPal money exchange?

Glad to see he at least is spending 180 days behind bars.  He has reached a new low by scamming people who are buying tickets for their kids.  It's sad to see that there are people out there like this.

You owe me $300 STILL for tickets to the National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas in Dec. of 2009. I too offered to fly to Indianapolis at my own expense to further prosecute. I have all the emails and all the lies documented.

Brian Mulligan was sentenced to 180 days (suspended 0,o)  In Marion County Jail Yesterday. He has a warrant out for his arrest in Louisiana, hes also still bouncing in between his mother and fathers addresses since he hasn't got one of his own. There is a woman seeking prosecution in Illinois  for theft... so I'm sure he will avoid that area soon as well. If you have been contacted, or taken by Brian Mulligan, please pursue this....   after  years of his disregard for others, things are finally starting to catch up with him.  His current phone number is 708-419-0416.  Good luck to all those out there who he has wronged.

This webpage has become a problem. I would like to state, that Mrs. Kelly Fox, did not rip anyone off, contacting her is pointless. I posted her information because I was mad she posted my phone number. She is my son's mother, and quite simply she's never stole from anyone, I in the past have and have a problem. Discussed scam with Walker.  I will be going to Indy to testify.

The number he used on me was  (630) 747 3074.

I have left a message with Det. Walker asking him to call about my case I filed locally.

I tried calling Brian, told me "Ryan" on the phone, at a couple of numbers today... no answer.

He has a new phone number.  I'm sure it's the same guy.  The new number is (630) 728-1763.

Brian Mulligans new phone number is 501-309-9874. He is still running ticket scams on craigslist. If you search THAT number  you will see, I'm sure glad I took the time to check this guys info out before I bought anything from him.  If I search up any new info about him  I will post it here.

We did serve a search warrant on Mr. Mulligan and confiscate 3 computers, but I have as yet been unable to arrest him because we need a victim that is willing to come to Indianapolis at least twice for court hearings.  Unfortunately, he scams people from far away, for relatively small amounts, so no one wants to come here at their own expense to testify....   I was able to get him to pay back some people the first time around, but now that he knows prosecution is unlikely he will not pay.

I was just scammed by this con artist yesterday. $400 for Pearl Jam tickets. I sent the money through MoneyPak and then got a complete run around as he was trying to have the tickets re-issued through ticketmaster and sent to me. I spoke to him on the phone only one time and that was to provide him the moneypak information. The emails have stopped. And he will not respond to my text messages. I just left a voicemail for Detective Walker - I saw in another post that someone said they issued a warrant but doesnt seem like anything came out of it, as he is still doing the same thing. The address is for America's Best Value Inn ...  but the phone number listed is no longer in service. I am going to call the Hotel and see if they have any information on Brian. I am also going to contact Yahoo to see if they can provide me any information considering they run the neenerworld.com domain and this guy is committing fraud.

Hopefully someone can catch this guy and put him away ...
