I recieved a call today from this number and it was a Brain Jameson from Compliance. I called back and a woman answered the phone saying, "Processing" very aggressive and loud. I just laughed to myself when I heard her because I already knew these have to be some scammers. So, Brian claims I have 2 formal complaints filed against me in my state and I have failed to respond to the 10 day notice. So, I was put on hold for a while and when Brian picked up I said, "This is _________ and I am calling to give you my attorney's number. All calls, concerns, and questions need to go through him. So, he started saying, "Ok, let me take a look at your information before I take that and I will have to transfer you to some other department and they will take that information there." I believe I threw this creep's plan off by calling with an attorney for them to contact. I knew this was a scammer, so I went along with their stupid plan to see just how far these creep's would go. So, Brian started to ask, "Ok, so is the number you are calling in on the number we contacted you at?" I said, "Any questions you have need to go through my attorney. I am not giving any of my personal information. If you are saying you have information about 2 formal complaints, you should have all the information you need." So, he replied with "We need to make sure we have the right account." I said, "Sir, I am not giving any of my information either you can take my attorney's information or you can transfer me to the next department so I can give my information." So, he put me on hold for about 2-3 minutes. I guess these jerks had to come up with a new plan. After a while, some a**hole picks up with a very aggressive tone and speaking loudly saying he was  a federal sheriff. I told him I need to give my attorney's information and he said, "Is this a bankruptcy lawyer because I only deal with child support, etc. This is criminal. I said, "You need to take down my attorney's info. and contact him. Then, he said, "Well, we are sending the police to lock you up and are coming for your kids." I said, "Sir, I would advise you to take my attorney's number and would like you to know the line I am calling on is a line that is recording this call." He hung up. So, I called back and asked for Brian Jameson again. The same officer got back on the phone that hung up on me. He started, "You think you are going to advise me of something. A federal officer." I said, "As  I said, I would advise you to stop attorney's info. and stop calling me with stuff that is not real. If you really had something real to say, you never would have hung up." This is when he said, "Well, we are coming to take your kids." I said, "Fine, come and get kids that don't exist." He hung up again. I am laughing about this because they are a joke and thought they were dealing with someone who would fall for their scam. I guess I was supposed to be scared because they are acting like a federal agency. They are a big JOKE! Don't fall for anything these creeps say! Call their bluff and I bet they will keep hanging up on you, too.

Keeping getting calls after gave my number to get mover quotes last night, they have already called 4 times and 2 of those times the phone rang for half a second. I've nvr had a credit card in my life. let alone from these people. must be a scam.

IT IS NOT!!!  I just got a call from this at 2:45 in the MORNING and I dont even have a VISA card.  I am calling the Houston phone company & the FAA and the FBI

They harass everybody- Dont know who they are and I will not answer them. This week alone 16 calls.

I have answered the phone and was hung up on 3 times.  Now they are calling my desk number at work.  If it is for a bill, why don't they speak or at least leave a message?

Just got my new cell number and this caller has been calling daily. Does not leave message. Yesterday I answered and a woman asked for Doug?  I told her she had wrong number but she keeps calling.

It is the Total Visa Card with Plains Commerce Bank.  They have call centers in every state but are located in South Dakota.  They are only trying to collect a bill.

They continue to call my place of employment. They hang up when the phone is aswered. I do not have a card with them, why they keep calling her is beyond me... they are harrasing!!!!

I get at least 2 calls per day from this number.

2 to 3 calls a day from this number to my home-office fax machine, which has no handset, thank goodness.  Name on caller ID is B. Doherty - at first I thought it was a random wrong number - but everyday, SEVERAL times a day for months......

Random call came into my office today, answered and caller hung-up. Redialed, Marie answered and I stated we received a hang-up from this number. Marie asked what number was I dialing from?...This is a total scam! This continues to happen month to month and they are harassing my employees. Never give out your number to an unknown party. They are trying to hack into your phone network and manipulate your office extensions for illegal purposes.

Shows on caller ID as B Doherty. They call my home and leave no messages.

They have called me several times from two different numbers and do not leave any messages, have know idea who they are!!!

I DO NOT KNOW THIS IS. IF THEY CANNOT LEAVE A MESSAGE ON MY TAPE, THEN I DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE.
