I received a new cell phone (with a new number to me) and immediately upon turnig it on for the first time, I started receiving calls from this number.  The lady identified her company as Road To Recovery, and asked if "crippling debt from payday loans" was causing grief to my life.  I told her I have never had a payday loan.  She seem suprised to hear that, and said goodbye.  She was nice, but it was a typical script-reading telemarketer.  Obviously the guy who had this number before me was in financial trouble, because this is one of 3 numbers that calls repeatedly.  One of the others was for the same thing. also 815 687-8103

Call Homeland Security and report 815-687-8101 - East Indians harrassing people and asking for credit card information - This company is alledgedly called Blue Dolphin - eLectronically report to FBI, FTC and FCC.  Do not pick up the telephone for these jack azzes. (One of the east indians said the company was Savings2go.)

This number keeps calling us and called me a "b*****d" when I told him to take my number off of his calling list.

These guys are complete effin a**les... told them not to call 5 times, then threatened to sue them if they called back, he said fine I'll call you back.  Then he said, oh... you sue me now.  What DIC#heads!

Then they proceeded to ask for all my personal information--I thought I was talking to people who already had that information. They needed "confirmation". so I unwittingly gave it to them and then when I wanted to hang up they wouldnt let me and they have been harassing me on my cell phone for two days 15-20 calls a day from unknown. I am not answering unknown so they called from this 815 number in Illinois. I reported them to USAA and changed my credit card. They still called so I had an Indianapolis policeman answer the phone and they hung up. The company name is Blue Dolphin they say they are from Tampa FL but these folks are Indian speaking.

I got several phone calls from this number-a few went to voice mail where a very nasty male (perhaps Indian) kept saying "hello? hello? you can hang up on me all you want-I will just keep calling".  I do not answer my cell phone if I am at work or if I am driving, which is beside the point.  If I answer there is always some smart a** on the other end wanting info from me....uh..hello half-tard! I work as a Security Specialist for the government!! Very rude...very, very rude and I guess I just needed to sound off.....

Time to send an electronic complaint to the FBI of Illinois and protest these calls from from east indians calling and asking for credit card numbers and threatening people who say no.

They've Been Calling Me All Day & When I Finally Answered The Phone This Indian/Arab Dude Picked Up (They Were Looking For My Mom) & Told Me I Won A Gift Card & They Just Needed My Credit Card # (L0l What Kinda Teen Has A Credit Card?). I Told Him No I Don't Want It & He Got Agressive, Rude & Loud & Told Me That He Was Gonna Charge My Phone Bill $30 & I Wouldn't Get Anything. I Told Him "So What?" & Hung Up On Him. The Scary Thing Is He Knew My Family's Address (We Don't Give It Out To Anyone), So I Thought It Was One Of My Friends Playing A Cruel Prank On Me, But Now I Know It Was A Scam. Just For The Record My iPhone Says The Call Came From Woodstock, IL.

They called me five times during a church service and wouldn't stop.

This number has called me and I said do not call they call so I yelled F IN don't call in there ear and I answer and hang up they call as late as 10:00 pm and as early as 7:00 don't they get a hint. I also turned it in to the police and they said it has been a issue for months and there are like 20 more scams also. These a holes are getting our number odd the internet.

I've been getting calls every few hours yesterday and I answered this number today. It took a minute for someone to get on the line. She had a heavy accent and she said I had won a one hundred dollar giftcard for Walmart I told her I couldn't talk I was busy and she asked if she could call back and I kinda hesitated and said Id be busy so no and she said whats holding you back and I told her that I just wasn't interested and she said okay bye. So I'm not sure if they will call again, but my bet is it's a scam cause I've never given walmart my phone number.

This person kept calling me. He called me six times in one day; the fifth time he called I answered. He started saying I won a $100 gift card to Walmart. I didn't let him get any further and told him I wasn't interested and that I did not want to keep getting called. Later last night he called again. I answered and was peeved, only to find out it's the same person saying the same thing. I told him, "I already told you, I don't want to be called and if you keep calling me--" He tried to interrupt say, "Listen to me," and I kept going, telling him I'd sue him for sexual harassment. The man hung up on me.

This morning he called three more times. The third time I answered, he called me by name and I blew up. I looked up this site last night so I had enough information to dish it on him. I said, "Look, I've already told you TWICE that I DO NOT want to be called." He tried to interrupt again saying something along the lines of, 'no, this is about--' I spoke over him saying, "A $100 gift card to Walmart. Right. Then you're going to want me to pay shipping and handling, and give you my credit card number. I've already told you I'll sue you for harassment but now I'm going to get the police involved--" and he hung up.

If anyone else wants to try the tactic about getting the police involved, go ahead. He's a scammer and since then he has not called me. I've also downloaded an app called Youmail for my phone to 'ditch' the phone number. If he tries calling me again it'll block it and tell the guy my phone is out of service.

I am also getting calls from these dbags. Found a great Android App call Call Control. The lite version is free and works great. When the call hits your call list, you can access it from the App and it will block the call. They will give up sooner or later..

this # is been calling me to many times a day i will love to STOP  calling my # I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT ARE THEY SAYING and is to wired so PLEASE  HELP!!!

File an electronic message to the FBI of your state.  Let them know that east indians are calling asking for your credit card number.
