Call about account at commerce bank ,   I don't have an account with CB.  I called them back, and there is no answer.

I just got a call from it. I have never had anything through commerce bank, and i have no collections, but i got a call from the number.

I just got a call from 816-221-4014 stating it was important business about my account at commerce bank they stated a number to call but went so fast I couldn't get it.  I called my bank and they did not call me.

This incessant collection call to my work number came from Abby Crank at Commerce Bank Kansas City. I previously sent a certified letter to CB to inform them to contact me ONLY by letter and never at work!

Just got a robo call from this number.  Message on answering machine said, "Please call Commerce Bank at 800-997-9739".  I don't have an account with Commerce Bank and I never have.

same here! 2 times . i have noting to do with commerce !

i think its a scam from tracfone to waste your phone minutes

I have got called from this number countless times, got another one this morning around 7am.  No clue what the call was about as they hung up before I could answer and when called the number back got a busy signal.  I don't have any outstanding bills that I know of (as someone above said it was a debt collector.)  What I am sure of is that there are specific hours which debt collectors are and are not allowed to call and 7 am is in those hours.

It is Commerce Bank collections/recovery department calling about past due credit card bill.

This number has been calling me once a day around 9:30 for the past week and a half. No voicemail is left, and when i answer theres no sound and it just hangs up. Also, when i call it back all i get is a busy signal. Wtf?

Received call but no answer once I pick up. Re-dialed the number and get busy signal. This is third time this week.

Ive gotten several calls from this number. After doing some research I have found multiple accounts of this number being listed to a Richardson. Caller is claiming to be from commerce bank. This number is not a Commerce Bank number and they are falsly caliming to be so they can steal your account information. Report this number if you come across it.

I have received two calls from this number saying it was commerce bank. I have not nor have I ever had any dealings with this bank. I called them back  both times and there is no answer

Received a call from this number today.  It was an automated call that said I needed to call the bank immediately.  I didn't use any number or the CallerID they provided.  I called the normal Commerce Bank support line and they said there was nothing wrong with my accounts and that Phishing calls have been going around.

Looked up the number and belongs to ronald and shirlyne richardson and the message they left wanted me to give them my commerce debit card information,  this souds like a scam and they need to be reported the the athorities.

get calls from them at least twice a day. it's automated and just leaves a message to call a 1-800 number but i don't know the company since they start speaking during my voicemail message.

If you are late on a payment, they will call you until the payment is posted and showing on you're account. I just got off the phone with these friggn' people and I'm thinking of transfering to someone else!
