From what I can tell from my experience, this number is for service that island to assist you in furthering your education and they most likely get your info from a job search type of site for which you may have provided your phone number for a general search of jobs in your area. Most likely, there was tiny box checked that said "I would like to receive information on educational programs blah blah blah". I'm pretty this is what I did either on a job search site or when filing for unemployment. What was kinda freaky is how fast I was contacted and that they seemingly were not allowed to leave a VM, which is usually indicative of telemarketers. If they call and you tell them you're not interested, they will leave you alone pretty quickly.

These people said that I had signed up online for an online college course ( I did not) yet when I asked them who they thought I was,  They said " That's a good question " If they cant tell you who they are calling then DON'T CALL ME!!!!!!!!!!
