I put these numbers in my phone as a contact and set their ring as "no ring".
When they call there is, of course, no ring, no bother to me and they soon quit.

Same as above. Plus this morning at 6:25 a.m. I received a call from this number about educational information that I requested - which I did not. You would think they would check their time zones before trying to sell whatever it is they're selling.
