called and asked to speak to me without identifying himself or what it was in reference to. I know that it is not concerned with my credit but with the credit of my brother -- that is illegal

They called me saying that they were investigating unauthorized use of my social security number. Pretty sneaky-snakes...

Whoever "FOUND OUT" is probably works for these guys... This is a collection agency. They call me 3-4 times a week and leave messages. The messages are more complete and professional than your average collection company - they act like they are a business partner of yours and leave their name and extension. The first time they called they informed me that they were trying to collect a debt from a company that I used to be an employee of....but had nothing to do with the running/ownership of and am in no way responsible for their debts. Well, they just keep calling...like I am going to change my mind or something. Since they are calling my cell phone I just added them to my blacklist and never see/hear the calls come in...just the voicemails which I delete.
