This is collections for Enterprise?  What scumbags - I rented a car from them with a tiny bit of damage - so small I didn't even mention it (stupid me) now they're billing me for $900 to buff out some paint.  A**les.

Interesting reading here,  I have not rented a car from anywhere in years....several numbers similar to this number call and go onto the VM and all that is recorded is "hey".   Very annoying to have to go to VM to delete that.

Said they were 1st financial. Told the man my name. Said they were looking for someone else with a name the man on the line couldn't pronounce. I told the man I never heard a name like that before and he said sorry we'll take your number off our call list.

We had a hail storm in damage in may of 2013 in KS. I  had a rental car with them the car did get damaged and I informed them of it , however I signed papers for the extra insurance policy in case something like this would happen. When I returned the 2013 Malibu it was immediately given to someone else, no pictures taken no anything.. It was the only car to loan out all the others were gone. I asked about pictures or anything before they handed the keys off to the gentlemen they said " It's no problem you're good to go looking at my paperwork." I say okay.. Same week later another huge storm hit & we had quarter size hail.. Keep in mind I don't have the car any longer someone else does and they have it with hail damage already. It's now Jan 2014 they send a claim to my insurance company for damages and pictures. They hail damages are significantly larger & did not match what I took on my iPhone! Plus I bought the extra insurance coverage... They keep calling I've talked til I'm blue in the face my insurance co won't pay the damages bc I showed them the copy of what I paid for the extra insurance stating that if any damages are done to the car enterprise picks up the tab! Screw them let them take me to court it's now 2/5/14 and the calls are rolling in!!

Never rent from Enterprise. There is countless claims of their scam all over the internet. My case; they would not document all the dings and nicks when I pick-up the car. Told me it is all fine, that I would not be charged for any of these little dings/dents. When I returned the car, she immediately pointed out one of the dents, one I noticed checking out the car, that their agent refused to note. Months later I get a call from this number, from their Enterprise collection agent. Says he tried to contact me for months (Lie!) and that they are claiming damage for the dent. I turned the claim into Mastercard, which is what Enterprise wants you to do, or pay it yourself. It is a scam to skim more money off of people and/or their credit card insurance or personal insurance. I would advise reporting them to BBB, FTC and the Department of Consumer Affairs. Stay away from Enterprise!!

Just received a phone call from them, but I did not answer. No message was left. NO CLUE who they are but they better not call me back! I screen my calls so its pointless for them to even try!

855-282-1465 debt collection company calling repeatedly for someone by the name of Lesley Johnson. There is no option to be removed from their calling list if you're not the person they are looking for. Totally aggravating, because I am on the Do Not Call list and have reported them too.

I just started getting these calls as well. The same guy keeps leaving messages that he has my address and I need to contact him about the charges against me. He is very threatening. They don't even have my name correct, only the last name is right! It's hard to understand some of what he says, he never refers to what the charges are for, just a claim number and provides this 855 number to call. He never says Enterprise, or any company name for that matter. But the last time I rented a car was in 2007 and it was from Enterprise. My employer had actually paid for the rental. When I returned the car, they fully inspected it while I was still there and checked off everything. There was not a single thing wrong with that car, it was in better condition than when I got it! In 6 years I have never received a letter or phone call regarding any issues.

I really think this whole thing is a scam.

These clowns have been hounding me for over a year. They claim it is about a "debt" I owe. Actually it is all over a $75 "cleaning fee" charged against my Visa by Dollar Rent-a-Car out of Houston. The charge was placed on my card three days after I returned it in good order. Attendant said nothing about condition. They simply decided to help themselves to a little extra AFTER I was long gone. The people I talked to at Dollar are very rude and arrogant. It looks like they are well aware that they are scamming people, have NO integrity and have teamed up with these dirt-bags to make a little extra spending money. It is also obvious that Enterprise and a few car dealers in the Houston area are in it with them. As for help from the FTC, they say they can't do anything to them without the contact info that they naturally do not provide. Guess this is the business model of the 21st century and we'll just have to get used to it. If only a computer geek would invent a program that would allow US to robo-call these jerks every ten minutes 24/7. Nice pipe dream I guess...

It is a debt collector working for, among others, Enterprise Rental Car. They call on one number then call again on an Arizona number. I think the prefix for the second number is 602.

Called and I didn't answer. This is the 6th 'mystery' call this week from all sorts of various "debt" collectors all ranging from this Enterprise one to a Lawyer one to a Medical Bill one. Goddamn I'm 15! I don't have a license, I don't have a car, I've never hired a layer, I've never gone to the ER, I don't have a credit card, I don't have a bank account--why the heck can't these people understand!!!

Years ago, my car was in the shop so I wanted a cheap rental car.  They didn't have any econo-boxes left but offered a the same price on a truck.  The Enterprise rep told me there was something going on with this truck but did not specify.  I returned the truck in the same condition and the Enterprise signed-off on the paperwork confirming this fact.  Months later, they called me saying I had "swapped the tires" and they wanted 900$.  They've kept calling me for years now.  I didn't swap the tires and Enterprise signed-off saying the car was returned in the same condition.  Additionally, Enterprise can't show chain of custody of the truck before or after I had it and so they have no way to rule out wrong doing by others before or after I had the vehicle.  Based on my experience.  I recommend you always buy the insurance if your renting from Enterprise, or rent from Hertz who has a much better reputation according to my friends to rent cars on a regular basis.  I'm told that Enterprise has a HORRIBLE REPUTATION.  I agree.  I suspect they have there own debt collectors because normal debt collector will no longer take work from them.

Called my phone, no message so I called back.  Dept collector for somebody I never heard of.  Before I could say delete my number she hung on me.  Very Rude!

This 855-282-1465 calls me on my cell a dozen times a day.  I just hit "ignore", although I went through the FCC and reported them.  Not sure what one can do to stop it - JUST DON"T CALL THE NUMBER BACK - there are charges involved!

They are calling me at work. It is a recording so I can't tell them to stop calling. The receptionist answers and the recording says this is for Rhonda Dube, and this is a debt collector. There is no option to make it stop.

I rented a car from enterprise about a month ago i no longer have it. After returning the auto undamaged the 855 calls started and continue today. They never say anything and i cannot call the number back kinda   stupied. I had no clue who the calls were from until reading these post today now it makes sense but what the motive is i dnk.

This is Enterprise. I had a minor fender bender with one of their customers, submitted my insurance info more than once and they never filed a calim.

Last Summer we leased a car from Alamo.  We chose the car from a bad lighten garage.  We went around the car and did not notice any damage.  
National insists that we damaged the car and  keep on harrassing us since then.
National, Entreprises and Alamo are affiliated and the 3 of them are scammers.

I tried to call them back because I was in a car accident that was not my fault and they continued to call and call until I cussed them out.

Don't rent from enterprise car rental,  there trying to get money from an accident that wasn't my fault.
I hired a lawyer and won after a cop ran a red light in Miami which are a corrupt police force anyway.
They gave a citation and they never went court. Enterprise wants $1900 with the car was being repaired and I told them send me paper work showing they had no cars to rent while the car was being repaired. Never called again until now and my insurance was refunded from geico because I wasn't at fault.
