My fiance? and I got a call from this number. They said she was committing fraud and if she didn't pay the money back by the end of the week she would be going to jail. Now they won't even answer my calls after I told them it ain't true and that they were going to have to deal with me.

Got a phone call from my HR department at work stating that some attorney office was wanting to talk to my supervisor.  I call back the number 816-318-5206.  The Indian guy answered wanting my name, vertified the last 4 digits of my social.  Asked me if I had an attorney to represent me in a local court, I was being sued.  He read me an affidavit stating they had 3 counts against me, 1. Fraud. 2. Conspiracy and 3. Money laundry....stated that they were going to serve me legal documents at work, issue out a warrant for my arrest and pick me up and send me to jail because I owed em $9,000.  I called PD to file a report and had my husband call our attorney friend he recommended that next time I got the call to give them his number.  My husband trying to find out more information called em back saying he was my attorney, and they cussed him out and hung up.  He keeps calling back and the line is busy.....how can someone have no remorse  and  just burn you like at work after having working with my company for 14 years, asking to speak to my supervisor??? How embarrassing!!!! And to top it off that I owed em money...mind you they never sent me a letter or called my personal phone...This is definitely a SCAM!!!!!  Keep calling them and annoy them just like they do to you!!!

They have been calling my work home and cell.  I was on line checking in HARP Mortage.  Next thing I kniw the hatefull threatening calls messages and emails started.  NO SITE EVEN GOVERNMENT SPONSERED SITES ARE SAFE.  TOTAL SCAM.  CALLED BACK ASKED FOR WOMAN WHO CALLED MY WORK THEY HUNG UP ON ME.

gentleman with the indian accent called and left a stressful message.  it was a serious matter and that I needed to contact them asap or they wish me good luck. A return call should be from me or my attorney. So I returned the phone call  gentleman gave me information on accounts I never purchased or needed. Informed the caller my identity has been stolen. He told me I  was lying and yelling. I gave man the police case number, fraud case number. He told me I was going to be arrested. I hung up. my county police verified the call was a scam!!

Soooo very interesting conversation with the gentleman with the indian accent....i missed thier call and received a nasty vm saying that it was a serious matter and that I needed to contact them asap or they wish me good luck. So I returned the phone call and when I started asking a series of questions the first gentleman got mad and hung up in my face. When I called a second time the next gentleman gave me bogus information and then when I called him a scam artist he told that I just wanted money...and then he was saying that he has a enough money to support my whole family and asked me how much money do I want....This is totally a SCAM! Don't give them your infomation because they can sell your information to third party companies and then your identity can be stolen. Lets just say I don't think they will contact me again after all that and oh yeah threaten them that their phone conversation is being recorded and you've contacted the FTC and your state attorney's office, I guarantee you that they will leave you alone because you can scare them!
