My phone message from this number said they were an "auto Warranty"...that my warranty was going to expire and I needed to call them.  I currently do not have a auto warranty so I knew immediately they are a scam.  I have received dozens of calls from them, in the last month.  In fact, I get, regularily,
at the minimum, 2-4 calls a day, calling at different times of the day, mostly NOT leaving a message, at all.

Maybe if we all complain, enough, we can eventually figure out where this crap is coming from.

msg on home voicemail today from this number. .. "press one for blah, pres 2 to be disconnected."  who does that?  hmm i was going to hang up, but now i think i'll press 2 to "disconnect". ..scam .. love this site.  thanks folks.

Called at 1:30 in the afternoon claiming to be Warrantee Depot to extend my car warrantee. asked for make of car and mileage and age so they had no idea about my car. When told it had 5,00 miles and less than a year old they hung up.

Called at 10:50 am. Claimed to be Warranty depot. I pressed 1 to speak with a representative, because I do have a car and the warranty is about to expire. Sounded interesting. Rep got on the phone and asked me the make and model of my car.  I said "You called me, shouldn't you have that info?" The rep said "Hold on, I'll pull up your record". Rep disconnected the call.  

Never give my home number out...Have Comcast bundle service.  I wonder if they sell their #s to telemarketers?

Called me on my ne DSL line.  I have not given the number to anyone yet.  Did not leave a message.

I work from home and they call both lines 3 to 4 time a day!!!!  Gift Center and unknown caller.  I just don't answer my home number and I answer my office line with the name of my company and they hang up.  I was told if you answer to just say hold on a moment and walk away from the phone.  it cost them too much money to stay on the line with you and they will remove your number.

Called didn't leave a message...didn't answer to many scams lately..came up as "gift center"???

They just called me saying they can offer an extended warrantee for my car..
and as i was very interested in this.. "Alicia" said that they tried to send me 7 letters telling me that i can extent my warrantee. and that because my car is a 2000 with 50,000 miles General Motors is offering a new warrantee. and then she said it would be $1800 for a 3 year 36,000 mile warrantee. and transferred me to some guy who went over the finance prices and when i asked if he could send me the information by mail so i could look it over and choose.. he hung up.   when i *69 the call i got the number 816-389-2558 and when i call that it just directs to the Do Not Call Registry to be removed from their call list.. but i would like to report these scammers to the FTC or someplace so they get caught and can not scam people anymore.

caller id shows 2 calls within 1 hour of each other from this place. One came up as "Gift Center" and the other as "Winner 4".  I didn't answer either call as I know their either: 1) selling something or 2) it's a scam

john mcdoment by 8163892556 or any other number is listed as BIRCH TELEMARKETING, a telemarketer from Kansas City MO. They are subject to the FED no call list. REPORT them to the FTC and FBI as well as your local authoritys. With any luck, they will stop. Of course, all this meens is that they will re-open under a new name and do it again, and again. Telemarketing is going to be outlawed soon if this continues.

Please notify the FTC, they will prosecute for you.

These people called me at 4:50 pm. I didn't answer the phone because I didn't know the number. The caller id said it was unknown but I looked up the number on google and this is what it brought me too!

Although I cancelled the VOIP service, I nevertheless got email notification that that this number called me today. I am curious how they got that number since I never gave it out when I had it.

Called me on July 12, 2007, at 10:24 am.  This is about the fifth time in two months that this phone number has called me, saying that this is the "last time" they will be able to call me.  They claim to be calling in reference to my credit card.  They claim they want to lower my interest and finance charges.  Then it says to "press 1" to speak with a representative, or "press 2" to be put on their "do not call" list.  I don't do anything, I let the phone disconnect itself.  I'm scared if I press any numbers, they will have it wired so that it will actually give them permission to make or charge phone calls to my phone number.

does anyone know the name of this company, something to do with cars..please help me, they riped me off.

Called informing they were from one of my credit card company, which I inmediately end the call..Reason why did it is just because no credit card or bank company will call customer to offer services, also because I myself do no believe in incoming calls

Caller id reads "Gift Center". Something tells me it's a telemarketer.
