I received a recorded call from this number telling me that they were Arc Medical (?) and had been asked to contact me about financing surgery. When I pressed 1 to talk to a representative as it instructed, I was then told my call was very important to them (Huh!?  They called me!!) and that I needed to call 888________ the problem is, they only gave the number once I wasn't prepared to write anything down, since they called me and when I tried to dial the 816-399-5785 to proceed, their system just disconnects the call!!

Anybody have a clue who these people are, if they're legitimate and how to get a hold of them??
