I just don't pick up. I am thinking of writing the attorney general of my state and contacting consumer fraud agencies...

Someone from the 816 left some message-no need to return the call-it's a scam if some sort. Contact your phone company, atty gen and consumer fraud agencies...they do not respect 'do not call' lists-don't waste your time.

No message, no caller id name, have NO idea who it is! Does anybody else?
