I don't even have a citi card or account and they're calling my cell phone!  No one talks to you when you answer.  They call at least once a day and leave voice messages if you don't answer.  They also call from 816-420-4002.  If this is how citi bank operates, I don't want anything to do with them.

These turds have called me 3 times a week for the last month looking for someone who doesn't even live at this number (I have had this number for over 10 years).  I keep calling them and telling them to remove me from their junk list.  The worst thing is, is that I work nights and they call during the day.  I keep my phone on incase my job needs to get ahold of me.  These people suck.

I found how to stop this ! I know it sounds to stupid to work but it did. I went to my citi card acount online and changed the phone numbers in my profile. I put in Discover cards number in there place. Walla, not one call from citi since! I have also done it to my other credit cards to,since I am going bankrupt. The only calls I couldn't stop this way was wamu and chase.

Have been getting calls on our cell phone from this number for the last four months - at least one a day and up to three. Our cell phone provider, T-Mobile, says that cell phone providers do not have a call blocking service, only landlines do.

They leave voicemail messages sometimes with has the first part cut off. They claim our CitiCard bill is overdue, which it's not. The first thing they ask for when you call them is the credit card number. We think they are scammers trying to get credit card info off people, not CitiCard themselves.

Have of course called CitiCard security but got no satisfaction there. Will maybe try again.

Citibank:  They administer the following cards:  Choice Visa, At&T, Sears, Associated Bank, Shell, Goodyear, RadioShack, Zale's, Home Depot, Phillips, Rooms To Go, Childrens Place, BP, Quicken, Verizon. They call by automatic dialer starting at 8:03 in the morning and call all day long into the night before 9pm.  They also use the 816-420-1168 as an alternate number as well.  They will also call your cell phone and try to get you on the phone. My suggestion is to use call blocking on your cell and home phone. You enter the code on your phone and their phone number.  Also, Go in and change your phone numbers in your account info online with each creditor.  National do not call lists need to be updated after a few years...check their website.

816-420-1169 Citibank is a strong-arm dictator

They also have the ability to leave you a message,BUT,when you retrieve the message,it connects you to them directly.I want to confront my cell phone provider about allowing them to do that!!

It's CitiBank a.k.a. CitiCard a.k.a. Phillips66 Conoco&76 in Kansa MO.

Strong arm tactics of BP, british patroleum, that bought out Phillips66 Conoco, 76 etc.   I'm unemployed, disabled, and yet pay all my bills.

They keep levying $39.00 "late fee's despite timing the bill's to arrive early or the day due, (I'm on SSDI income)

The call's are constant, and they refuse to identify themselves, and they refuse to "put it in writing" when I've told them to do so.

I just re-newed my phone number(s) on the national do not call list, since it's not done much good, (set up that about 4 or 5 years ago).
