This same 'business', if they can call themselves that, have harassed  me for weeks now. They  have  called asking for me but not able to pronounce my name. They NEVER leave messages. That is shady. All true businesses leave messages. When I have spoke with the guy he has used a few different names but It's the same voice. And to say they are christians, is bull. They are rude! These people have also copied and pasted  a BBB report here which is sooooooooo easy to do. They are SCAMMERS!! I owe nothing to anyone and have a perfect credit rating and also have. I owe nobody anything. Don't let this tool bag intimidate you!!

your records indicate that they are legal agents for the company, its their home addresses - not where business is conducted.Elite has had one location for over 20years in raytown. i know the owners, they are good christian people who obide by the laws.

I dont breaks laws.Your complaint is solely because your angry at your self for being unable to pay a bill. Im not the enemy, your spending choices are. Ive helped lots of people resolve their debts and been thanked for it.

Keep trying to collect on debt that belongs to my ex-wife. Here's the great part.

I have found several records that tie this company to two different locations in MO. I have found public record of their business license filings and even looked up the location of two of the homes that the owner of the company shows as their office location. This apparently is a home based business.

At some point when I verify the address as valid I will post this info on the web and it will be a free for all.

Bill Brass with Elite Financial Services. Left a message he was collecting a debt. I don't know of any debts that I haven't paid on. Seems fishy. Esoecially after reading the previous notes.

A Bill Brass Called My Mom's Cell Phone Twice Asking For Me.
Said He Was With Elite, Wouldn't Give My Mom Any Information.
The Second Call My Mom Told Him She Needed More Information And He Hung Up On Her.
The Strange Part Is How He Got My Mom's Cell Phone And My Mom And I Live In Two Different States

A Jay Palmer, left a voicemail for myself and my husband, stating that it is important to call him back immediately..  I have never heard of this person, and will not return the call.

This is a collection agency in Kansas City

I've been getting calls from this number for like, 2 days now? It starts early morning and doesn't end til 3 am. They keep calling for a man I have never met, and this Ron Miller character tries telling me it's my biological Dad, and I owe for his hospital bills in Iowa. What a load of crock! I may have been adopted, but I am no way legally tied to my birth father, as he gave up that legal right when he signed me over to my mom.

     Next time they call, I'm going to flirt and act as dumb as I can. That way they will leave me alone.

They call one of my phones and it shows up Unknown Number the other cell phone it says 816-737-3599 and they leave a message saying my name and that it's very important that I return a call to Bill at 816-737-3901.  They don't say anything about who or what they want... I have not and will not return the calls.. my 2nd cell phone is a private number that NO ONE has and I have NEVER given it out so this really seems a lil fishy to me and maybe goes back to my ex husband who left me w/a LOT of his debt.

This # keeps calling my Mother-in-law wanting my  to call them back butt they will not leave a # he says his name is Ron Miller from a debt collector.

Called my mother in law asking for my wife a few weeks back, and just called her again today asking for me. Said his name was "Eddie Cannon" and left no other information. Pretended to know all of us. I did not call back. I do not know if it was Elite Financial Services or not, I have gotten automated phone calls from them on my home phone in the past.

A man named Ron Miller left a message pretending to know me, I called back and it was Elite Financial Services

A man named Jay repeatedly called claiming that I had debt with a certain company, refused to allow me time to speak with said company and told me that all of my questions were to be addressed to him.  He told me that I must give him my credit card information on the spot in order to clear things up or else he would "proceed" with some vague form of action.  Then he threatened to come to my place of work and "find me," after he already tracked down my unlisted cell phone number.  Jay was beyond unprofessional and he raised his voice on several occasions despite my courtesy.  Do NOT let him intimidate you.

Name was Steve Williams, to call him back it was important, number was unknown, but to call 816.737.3901, these guys work out of the own home and *67 block there number, can i have a job like that, probably don't pay anything unless you collect

Call me twice yesterday in a row.  Stated first time they were looking for a "Kevin Smith", I told them no one by that name.  Second time called form my ex-sister in law whom I haven't spoken to in over 10 years.  I explained that I divorced out of that family, did not have their numbers and did not have anything to do with the family.  Person on the other end swore up and down that I was the person he was seeking.  I stated if they call again, I would be pressing charges against them for harrassment through the attorney general's office in the state of missouri.  the man hung up.  I talked to someone about it and they say that they are going through public records and finding anyone with any connection however small and abusing us trying to get to the person they are really looking for.

Got a call on my cell phone... from 816-737-3901 asked for a mis-pronounced name. I asked to take a message, said his name was Joe Ivey and that it was important to speak with me that is all he said.

kate called for our son stating she needed to speak with him immediately- would not say anything else just that she was from elite financial services left number 737-3901.

Got a call from private number asking for my brother. Then tolled me that my brother had left my number to contact him.  My brother does not know my home number, only my cell.  He would not tell me who he was with and said his name was "Ron Miller".

Called and left a message saying here name was Kate and it was urgent that I call her back.

series of abusive, threatening calls from "Ron" regarding a very questionable debt --- originating from a contract that looks like it was tampered with.

Violation of FDCPA, rude and abrasive behavior.

These guys are shady and terrible. Watch out.
