Its a private law firm. Information's hard to get at least for me. I asked them to prove it i was sent a validation letter i felt all the info checked out and I payed because i knew i still had the loan out. Since then I've had no problems. I don't think its a scam. Wouldn't they have asked for more money?

Who is making these calls?
| pissed off 2012-12-21 16:30:55 Unknown |
exactly!!!
you can not be arrested for any payday loans. this is ONLY A CIVIL MATTER. this can garnish your wages but that is about all they can do.
you can not be charged criminally with not paying back a payday loan. if you don't know your laws then you need to do research.
the FBI will be happy to investigate wire fraud.

first off, you can not be arrested for any type of payday loans. you need to get your story straight Dave. second stop trying to state that your wife/girlfriend Justice Moore is with a company that doesnt exist.
this is fraud and when you are located you will be put in jail. i have contacted my local police department, the kansas city police department and the FBI and local phone companies to have you found and arrested for harassment and fraud.
and you will be punished to the fullest extent of the law. people are tired of you scammers sending threats to family members and others about what you think you can do. if it continues you will have the US Goverment after you. using telephone or any means of wire service to conduct fraudlent business is considered wire fraud, and can be punished by federal courts and the FBI, so if you want to spend time in a federal prison, i would suggest that you stop this crap immediately.

i received a call from an investigator moore, stating i was under investigation for an old payday loan. he stated because of the amount of time that passed i was looking at charges. well i thought it was a scam and didnt take it seriously, needless to say when the police showed up at my job and arrested me for two felonies i was made a believer. my advice is take it seriously, i missed my sons birthday and cant tell you how embarrassing this entire ordeal has been
