I receive up to 50 calls per day from these people.  I had them to email the information so that I would have more info on the company as they would not give anything out.  I filed a complaint with FTC and ended up closing my bank account as they were able to get into my account an take money for something that I did not owe.  SCAM

I got this advice from another website.  I called the Federal Trade Commission and gave them a report.  They told me to call Experian and put a fraud alert on my credit report, and Experian will alert the other 2 credit agencies about it.  They also told me to call my state's attorney general.  That was last week.  This morning they called me and I told them I had called the FTC and Michigan's attorney general.  They had the nerve to call back and I just yelled into the phone "die, die, die!!!!!"  Why do they keep calling?  Do they really think I'm going to turn around and give them $$$ after all this?

The same people with the same Indian accents have been calling me up to 12 times per day.  I called my bank and there seems to be no transactions with any of these company names on them.  First an indian man would contact me one time after another and leave horrible yelling messages on my work phone.  I then asked for a supervisor and got a woman on the line.  She continued to tell me that I owed this company money and that some serious charges were going to be filed against me, my employer would be notifed and papers were going to be served at my last known address.  Today I made a mistake without doing the research first.  I provided them with my debit card information before calling my bank and now have to take the necessary precautions to clear this whole thing up.  The person that I spoke to in their "supposed" legal department's name is:

The same day, about 2 hours later, one of the same people called me again telling me that they had ANOTHER account with my name and personal information on it.  

What have I done by providing them my personal debit card #?!?!

They called me ,Indian or foriegn accent very heavy and said they had a lawsuit against my name and social.Calling to confirm the last 4 digits of my social. I asked them who the lawsuit was from and they said hold on they would get to that and his supervisor would explain. I hang up  because I knew this was a scam, if you want  to sue someone, you send them a letter never call to verify .Idiots. They called again and left a voicemail. I know how these people got my info, I applied for a payday loan online but never completed the application or accepted any money. Since then, I gotten all these strange phonecalls, some saying I have a payday loan,auto loan etc which I dont. They always seem to call from a cell phone in a moving car. Now the payday loan application asks you to give your bank account # so they can deposit the money in 24hours etc. NEVER DO THIS.MY bank account was rather hacked into and they took money from my account . I spotted it quickly and the bank reversed the charge. Today's caller ID from ACS is from 052497347. Never give out any info. If someone is suing you, they will just do so never call to verigy anything

I just got one of those calls. They had my SSN# too! What else are they going to do, it's very horrible. People have no shame.

I just got a call from this same number (052-497-347). My mom got one last week, but did not think to tell any of her kids about this... The guy ended up hanging up on me when I kept asking him who he was and what he wanted becasue I could not understand ANYTHING he was saying.  All I got out of the 2 minute conversation was that "my mom owed money" "and they have my name".

Is there anyone tracking this that i shoudl report this to?

I'm with everyone on this site! i have ben en recieving calls from them like crazy! I too have been in cussing matches wtih them as well, but as soon as i told them i had a bank statement that proves that i never recieved a payday loan online he just kept restating that is your word against ours. lol Great come back, anyways all the numbers given on this site i have recieved and im willing to put a stop to this harrassment. Of course this is all a scam, but have you ever heard of a legitimate business, especially one with a claimed working relationship with the goverment (court houses and police) with an email account from GMAIL???  idiots... I don't understand why these people aren't shut down...

i recieved a call for the 052-497-347 # but didnt answer so they called job(military) when i called them back they had all my info and my Sister name. So they just kept saying i need to [ay back a loan i never recieved. Had my sis call and act like my Attorney and guess what they studdererd and hung up.

Yeah, i got this call once a few months back and actually fell for it. but they were not so lucky the second time around. the guy seemed pretty mad when i told him i wouldn't pay! i'm defiantly going into Damage Control Mode now. Just Wondering, what did BBB, and FBI say about this?

I received numerous calls from them last year.  I then filed a formal complaint with FBI who responded immediately informing me this was a scam.  Then just this week it started up again.  I told the moron on the other line that I was recording this and forwarding to the proper authorites and I hung up.  He called back immediately and and was ranting that I can't record this conversation and i politiely told him If he can harass me, then I can bury his a**.  Haven't heard back. but they have a few men who speak very clear fluent english. Told him where to put it also.  You can go to your phone company and have a block placed against the numbers

I am currently being arrassed by these same people.  Embarrassed to say that they did get money from me, as they caught me off guard by calling me at my place of employment harrassing me and I thought it was a ligitimate debt, so I made arrangemens to make 2 payments.  In the interm, I figured out that this was not valid debt, as when I asked for the name of the company, they flipped out and could not name the company I supposedly owed this money to.  They have all my personal info as well.  I can ignore the the phone calls at home, but it is getting to much receiving these calls at my place of employment.   I am also looking for a solution to this problem.

Don't feel baadly  I sent them $300 like a fool.  I am trying to figure out what to do to stop them. They are calling me from various different phone numbers.

Were u able to get your $150 back?  I just want the calls to stop, I will take the loss, as it was my own stupidity. At  the time I did ave some debt, so the caught me of guard at work and bullied me into making arrangements.  I should have known then it was a scam because they were very rude.

I got the same caller id on my phone and some weird guy who couldn't speak English saying there was an affidavit, and something about my name and something filed against my social security number. Not about to call him back!

These guys "ACS" have "boiler rooms all over the country they operate on cell phones which is not legal and never give mailing addresses.  Several have been busted already and this one is next.

I started getting the calls 3 weeks ago saying i owed money to a company that i never have did anything with.  I called BBB and Attorney generals and they could not find them at all. I registered complaints with them. I would do the same thing.

This company called friends and said it was an emergency.I know who I owe.This is a scam.

This is hardly a company, this is a Scam. Every call is different but the same. The name of the company changes and the names of the employees change; but the same scare tactics remain. They state that there are companies that are going to sue you and put you in jail. Then they try and squeeze you for information and get your banking information and take your money. I have done a little research and it seems that the group was operating out of California, but now they are in Tampa, Florida area. They have several cell phones with all different area codes and numbers. Every time you call one of them it is the same guy it seems. These numbers can be searched throughout the internet and it's all bad news. whocallsme.com is a good one, but there is many. I have tried to obtain a mailing address and they will not give. They are violating many rights of many people: old and young, rich and poor; but mostly the poor. I have been calling these numbers using *67 to protect myself and I have found it very enjoyable! If these guys have harassed you then try calling them (protecting your number), and if it is a girl ask for a guy and if it is a guy then ask for a girl. Try and get a mailing address - that's the golden ticket. Never give your real name or information, these guys are somewhat serious. Please help stop these guys.

I received a call from ACS saying that I owed a company some money and that they had documentation of a law suit against me. I received a call a few months ago from another company called The Department Law and Enforcement saying the same thing. When I called them back I gave them my name to look up my file but he said he had to have my phone number. Finally I talked to the senior investigator and I asked him if he would let me read something to him and I started to read different comments from this site. The man got very mad and said he was going to call my employer so I told him to do it. The call I got a few months ago I got into cussing match with the guy on the other end after he could not give the address to their company or at least tell me what town they were in. I called the BBB, FBI and the Attorney General's office and they had no idea who this company was.

I ended up finding tah phone numb ers that they are calling from are to an internet server and that most of the time they are not even in the United States.

I just received a call from this so-called company and it was a guy who I couldn't even understand his name or what he was saying, all I got out of it was that I had 3 judgements against me from a company which he didn't give the name of and that I was in big trouble and that I should call him back. Look at the weird number that showed up on my caller id on my cell phone.

this "little"  Scam is getting bigger and bigger by the day.  It seems that these guys and gals have several different scams going on.  this one starts with a website and then turns to bill collections.   They are also connected with many "craig's list" and ebay scams.  If you get a call that you are not sure about ask them for their mailing address and check it out.  tell them  to send you information about the bill in writing through the postage mailing box.  Don't give them any information what so ever!  they are only going on what they know or think they know and that is very little.
