My business gets calls from this fax at least once a week.  Found the following names and address on addresses.com:

*Fort Worth, TX 76135

calls almost daily and very consistently. as soon as you speak, there are a few dial tones and the sound of a fax machine. very odd and annoying.

This number call me often recently and I do not like to be bothered by this number. Stop calling me!
