817-251-7000 River Walk Holdings. Lady by the name of "Mrs. Smith" keeps calling me about a past credit card debt that has already been paid off. She refuses to send me any physical paper form/statement/bill verifying the debt. I'm told if I want any such information I'll have to pay to get a certain form to fill out and send to them because they don't know if I am really the person they are asking for and asking about. Yet, with that information they are all too willing to take money for that debt even thought they way I can't get any physical proof as they don't know that I am the person they are asking for. ODD, isn't it? I get called by them anywhere from 2-7 times a day 7 days a week. This has been ongoing since July. They say I still owe the debt although I have already paid it off and have told them so. Funny about the name too, because if this is such a big company then how come when I called other numbers the only person whom ever answered is "Mrs. Smith?" SAME THING IS HAPPENING TO ME TOO TO WHICH YOU HAD DESCRIBED IN YOUR CASE.
