Called 2x today - did not lv msg

also called me twice today and did not leave a message

called 1 time and the guy was rude and wouldnt leave a message for my mom...

WAMU pays overseas workers to make collection calls....I can barely understand them.  I ask to speak to a supervisor and/or manager and they tell me they are busy.  I don't advise anyone to speak to any of them until they can get a manager on the phone.  You try to tell them you will make a payment as soon as possible, but that still isn't good enough.  Maybe if they were here in the US to see how bad the economy is, then they would understand!

I just got this number calling on my cell phone.  When I answered it, no one was on the line.

Now, I see from the www that it's Wamu.  My dh and I both have wamu account and cc's with them.  We are all good on all of our accounts. Why on earth would they be calling me?  AND I never gave my cell phone as a way of contact.  It's unlisted too, so how would they get it?

I will be calling my local branch tomorrow for sure to complain.

keeps calling, won't listen wthat ity is wrong Number

girl sounded scared.like she'd never scam anyone before. connection was not good. keeps calling me throughout the day, and throughout the weekend. told them to stopcalling. they keep calling. these are not real telemarkets because if i told them to stop calling, they legally must stop. i do not owe any bills to wamu. she claimed to be wamu. when was the last time you heard a washington mutual rep on the phone call themselves wamu? i swear i would kill these scammers if i could. ill just have to change my number. fucken mother f***ers.

I spoke with Wamu directly about this number (amongst others).  It is NOT Wamu that is calling.  Please call Wamu and report it so they can add it to their investigation list and then call the ftc and report it to them!

I am on a no call list, why are they harrassing me everyday at least 10-12 times a day, even if I needed something from a company I certainly will not o business with someone who harrass me as much as your company does

This story is on our local news. If it involves an 817 area code, it is a scam. Do not enter any info. Also, for those who want to be removed from the calling lists, but do not want to give their infor to a random person go to www.donotcall.gov and register your number to be taken off legitimate company phone lists. They cannot do anything for scammers. It should help people to be able to tell the difference between the two.

WaMu has automated calling.  They call my home all hours then switch to my cell phone.  once you speak with them they cease calling for the day. it's just awful!  i spoke to someone and they said the number is in an automated dial system and until you make payment arranges it will dial you 7 days a week all day everyday!

yes it is a collector from washington mutal credit card services.

Got a call from this # and when I checked my messege it rang the number back.
