Guys, the craiglist posting are mine, he wanted to call my work 1000 times so i made a bunch of craigslist postings with his number, figured he wouldnt be too happy when a bunch of people call him about the free games, funiture and clothes hes giving away =D

Im getting the same calls.. Infact this is the second one from a seperate number threatening the same crap. I told them I had talked to the FBI and the police and this didnt scare them one bit. Its nothing but a scam. They even went so far as to give me a case number and the name of a courthouse in a town thats about 5 hours from me and I called that court house and they said they didnt know what I was talking about and my name was not in their files. Also that you cant be taken to court without being given a supoena first and it must be delivered by a sheriff in person not over the phone so this is nothing but a scam.. Unfortunately I dont know how to get them to stop calling though? They also had said I took out a loan from a cash advance but again I didnt. The thing that does scare me is they had my FULL social security number!!

I got numerous calls from Steve Hogan saying I owed a debt to Cash Advance.  After confronting Hogan, he claimed that my case would be turned over to the dispute department.  Would not send any verification of this debt.

They called me also 4 times an they called my work they said they had sent a warrent through certified mail to my work an that unless I paid them that they would continue to call me an that the police would pick me up from my place of work. They refused to verify any of my info they said that it wasn't any of my business. I'm not sure what to do in this situation. I can't lose my job. Help

I Just talked to the phone company for my work and they said if you *57 them it will trace the calls and after getting 3 successfull trace's then you can call an 800 number and file legal action on them. I dont know if it the same for other phone's but it worth a shot.

I spoke to a Steve Hogan yesterday as well.  And I also spoke to a Mark Evans and Paul Pratt.  They all sounded the same to me.  They called about 20 times in a row as well, I threatened to have an attorney contact them and told them I would file harrassment charges, that didn't seem to phase them.  They also told me they would send someone to my house to serve me with legal papers if I didn't agree to pay for a loan that I didn't even get.  I asked them to give me the name of the company that I supposedly took the loan from and their phone number and I was told they could not give me that information.  They told me that it was a company called Cash Advance, there is no company by that name.  I don't know who to call to report them.

I say that everyone who is/has been harrased by these people should call them private *67 over and over again, i have been and it is really getting to them :) they want to harrass us then we should do the same!

I am getting the same calls from a Steve Hogan is what he says and you can hear a bunch of them in the back round. They called my work 25 times in the matter of 2 hours and when i confronted them about it and told them i was going to file harrasment charges he said that wasn't me BS. Then he tried to argue with me and tell me not to call back that I would have an arrest warrent faxed to me I am still waiting for it finally my co worker told them i had been fired and now they call my phone once or twice a day I just ignor the call's. they have never gave a company name either.

They called me today too ... said i owed money to a company called Ben Chod... if you look it up online it means sister f****r basically Indian version to mother f****r... they are horrible.

I am an HR manager. Someone from this number has call my office stating the an employee is facing criminal charges, and my organization is liable. None of which is true. I also found this number attached to a Craig's list ad. I wonder if that is how they are getting information...

I just received this same call today i picked up my phone and it was a woman indian accent probably she said that a loan company had filed a complaint with me for an over due balance she transferred me to her "superviser" who was very rude and said he was the superviser of the company gave me all my information then said i would be taken to court because i kept hanging up on him i then called the company he said that he was from and they told me that theyve never heard of this man or that number all i need right now is identity theft

i have been getting call's from these guy that sounds like idian voice he is only telling me that i am getting sued and wants my debit card in the amount of 500dollars i have ask him i havent got any form in the mail saying that i am getting sued he ask me to go to HEB and go get 45dollar card and to put the 500dollars into it and i said no its crazy but i am not doing it but he keeps on telling me that the money was send to my bank  i did call the bank and they say noting as been but into the account  and i have talk to a lawyer

I just got a message from these do***ebags, and they were saying that they're going to serve me with an arrest warrant and all this. But they never once said what the issue was regarding. I had a feeling it was a bunch of BS, so I searched the number and found this page. Now tell me. What kind of fraud department posts ads for getting rid of an entertainment center, with their company phone number as the contact, and doesn't want anyone emailing them? Shouldn't they be busy handling fraud cases, not arranging for someone to pick up a piece of furniture? My cousin in a lawyer for the FBI, so I'll be passing this info along. Looks like they should pick their targets a little better next time..

i got a message from them 2 days ago saying that i took out a 1500 dollar loan and they are going too take me to court. i told the a hole to go ahead he then told me that he was going to come and kiss my a**. i m waiting for him.  so i now im calling them and they won,t pick up the phone.  im going to the government to complaint and i think we should all do the same and get the FBI in the case

This person is extremely harrasing and wants personal information and will not give out any information, I am reporting this person immediately.

this a***ole has been calling me since friday.  I asked to talk to his sup and he said no because i will get fired.  Anyone know how to get him to stop calling?

Thank you all very much for helping me keep my sanity! Not only did they start calling this morning - the day I get further info from my Oncologist about the status of my Cancer diagnosis - I believe we are up to around 30 calls from these people, jamming up my phone line............... every 3 to 4 seconds!

I intend to file a report with the States Attorney's in both Illinois & Texas as well as with my telephone carrier.

Thank you. I thought I was alone on this. They have been calling my work lately and have continued to say they will keep calling until I lose my job. They even went so far as to say these things to a deputy sheriff yesterday when I filed a harassment complaint. They also had someone else of Indian descent get on the phone and impersonate a police officer.

I have had the same problem Julie they are scammers hunie has John Gibson or Marty cester called you? If so they are the person this is a scamming service that indian people use to get out card info. Here's how I know this I sold a cell phone to a Indian guy on crags list and two weeks later he demanded a return and I refused and he treated to press charges I said go ahead the police will laugh it's craigslist sold as is. And after o started recieving calls from unknown or+001 or other numbers from Texas they claim they are from dff? No such place exists I called back on a fake number and they are total scammers they call from fake names they claim they have court cases against but they dont they you can't serve someone over the phone they just want your money just don't answer that's what I do and it drives them insane I stated harassing them back and they left this dirty message on my phone no legal people are allowed to do that my mother was a Lawyer of 30 years I would know. Any other info on this let me know I also believe they are an Indian call center

What have they said when they have called?

I have been getting harassing and threatening calls from this person. He is of Indian descent and threatens to have me arrested, wants my bank information, and has gone so far as to call my boss. I am filing a report with the area police tomorrow.
