Caller ID shows T S T A which stands for Texas State Troopers Association. They state they are collecting money for familes of Troopers who died in line of duty. They lead you to believe they represent Texas Police or State Troopers. The Department of Public Safety or other Police Departments in Texas do not solicit funds from the public, so donate only if you wish to receive a little sticker to place on your windshield because you'll never know where your money went.

817-276-9165 shows up as TSTA, but no one is ever on the line and they call until 10 at night. Purely annoying and it needs to stop!

Caller left no message. This may be Texas State Teachers Association (that I have no affiliation with), but not sure. I'm on no call list also.

Phone rang and it was a call from 817-276-9165. They never said anything. Hung up and called the number and got a busy signal.
