These text messages from this number originate from the website VIPLoanSite.com. Knowing what I know about websites I was able to do what is called a WHOIS lookup on their domain name to determine who hosts their website and how to contact them.
Which can be verified at: http://whois.domaintools.com/viploansite.com
You can report spam abuse to their website hoster at: http://privacyprotect.org/report-abuse/index.php
Which should result in their website being shutdown if enough people complain. Also listed in this organizations Privacy Policy listed (on their own site) you are supposedly able to request any "Personally-Identifiable information" for review from the email address of support@VIPLoanSite.com. I found that this address is not a valid email address but further searching lead me to the email address: support@VIPLoanz.com which IS a working email address.
What you should do?
Email: support@VIPLoanz.com and request to OPT OUT of any future solicitations, report them for spam abuse to their website provider which is http://privacyprotect.org, and report them to the FCC for illegal activity violations under the CAN SPAM act of 2003 which you can do online pretty easily right here in just a few short minutes:

If they ask you to pay money front to get a loan from them which is illegal by law, then this is a scam.
