I got this as a text  on my cell on May 21, 2014.  Said it was B of A and not to disregard.  I called the bank and they said  to ignore it.  That's fine but I'd like to know how they got my cell number.  Only my kids and doctor have this number.  

F Y  We own this business for 19 years .. Work for home I have filed a police report and they have been at our home to listen to the calls.. Working with the bank and the phone  company.. and like I'd use my own phone line and answer as many calls as I can.. Your an idiot..  I hope one day something like this happens to YOU..

Same cell phone text as previously described about importance of calling their office about unusual visa issues detected supposedly by BofA and "do not disregard."  WE DON'T USE BofA!

I got this same text on my phone while on a trip Mexico. I was only using one credit card at the time, which was not a Bank of America issued card.  When I called the normal computer system until they finally connected me with a live person.  When they tried to social security number I hung up.

Hi Folks, The #817-329-3943 is our home line. About 4:00 yesterday our phone line was in the hands of scamers. I have left a message on the phone answering machine explaining this. I have been in touch with several banks and our phone company.
I have tried to answer many calls but am at this point over 1000's. I am working with our local  police dept and if I am able to locate the person who has caused this injustice I will take legal action.

I received a text as well. I called the number....they answered BofA...sounded like a call room. I called back..it rang and rang then some woman answers. I asked who's number this is. She says it's a residence but somehow Bank of America has their number forwarded to her number and she's trying to straighten it out with Verizon. Total scam....I reported to FTC.

Same here, got a text about my BofA Visa card telling me not to disregard.  I checked my account, all was good.

Texted my cell phone importance call our office visa issues detected received from BofA do not disregard. Like I'm sure!
